Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ravenna

Twice now, my grandparents have ordered food for delivery from this location, never received their food, and when my grandparents call them, Pizza Hut employees say they never received an order from them. Tonight, the employees basically called my grandparents liars. When their food was over a half hour late, my grandma called and told them they never got their food, and Pizza Hut claimed there was no order. Her call history even showed she had called and talked to them for a few minutes. So, my grandpa called and talked to manager and explained this was the 2nd time this has happened, and she kept telling him they haven’t received an order from them in over a year (she looked them up by phone number in their system). He told her multiple times they have tried ordering twice but both time the order wasn’t placed, that’s why she doesn’t see anything from over a year ago. She argued and said they never called and put an order in. IT’S IN MY GRANDPARENTS’ PHONE HISTORY! This location is unprofessional, they don’t apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes. Poor customer service. Employees need serious training. And honestly, I’ve seen the people that work there... hard pass! I got done working a double I had no time I had ordered two melts late at night. I drive through the drive-through I pick them up. I go home. I open them. They are completely burnt. I go to the establishment the next day to buy pizzas for my sister‘s children for practice and I go right in to the same girl that gave me burnt pizza And put it in the box knowing it was burnt and said I need to speak with your manager and she said I am the manager and I said you’re the manager and you knew my food was burnt last night and you still put it in the box and gave it to me She had nothing to say but a bunch of excuses. My food should’ve been remade that night. She reimburse me for my food a day later, but if I never came back and said nothing and called her out on her bullshit, she would’ve got away with it. She has no business being a manager, and she needs to be fired. Terrible...

It is sad that there are so few dine-in Pizza Huts left. My favorite thing about Pizza Hut is their creamy Italian dressing. It's the same as when I visited my first Pizza Hut (Alliance) in 1975, so that's a good indication of its popularity. I visited this location today, my first dine-in restaurant visit since the pandemic. The employees were masked, and they served everything "picnic style"--paper plates, sealed plastic fork, sealed parmesan and red pepper flakes, take-out cup, and the food was served in to-go containers. It was wonderful eating a Pizza Hut salad again, and the breadsticks were good too. The waitress spent too much time socializing with a couple customers, but it was still a good experience.
