Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ravenna

Went through drive thru and was told it would be 10-15 min. That's fine, no big deal. People come and go, two workers leave, been 20 minutes still waiting. Thought it was just because they got slammed but found out it was because the guy was just being lazy. Gf went in and HANDED him the receipt to read for our food and still messed up the order. I went in and told him to read it. Still read it wrong and I had to inform him on how to read the receipt. His excuse, there's only two of us and we're short staffed. 1st of all there were four of you here by the time my food was supposed to be ready. 2nd short staff has nothing to do with reading a receipt incorrect TWICE, once which was out loud. Nice eye roll by the way buddy after I pointed out YOUR mistake. And lastly being short staff isn't a good enough excuse when waiting twice as long as supposed to, besides the whole world is short staffed, so try again. At least you had another abled body with you. There are people out here, myself included who worked these jobs by ourselves with no help so don't talk to me about being short staffed. Night staff on this night was very unprofessional and needs fired. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my pre-ordered pizza that I was told would be done in 2 minutes. I was looking in the window and saw one employee sitting on the counter (very unsanitary, especially in the coronavirus era) texting and all of the employees in there were texting on their phones, hiding behind the desk, and goofing around like children. They acted like they had no customers at all and I was not the only one there. I went around to the drive thru after 10-20 minutes because I got tired of waiting and the girl working the window laughed and said sorry when I asked where my pizza was. When my husband went and picked up my order the sauce dipping cups were missing so he brought it up to the employee at the counter who proceeded to get an attitude with my husband and ask him what sauce were missing when they have that information from my online order. Then when I finally got home and opened up my pizza it was WRONG!!!!! I ordered a pretzel crust pizza with marinara and cheese (a cheese pretzel crust pizza) but it had PEPPERONI on it which I absolutely hate. I then proceeded to call them (had to call 4 times to get someone to answer) and after I explained the issue the call was dropped. Won't be going back to this one.
