This pharmacy does not deserve that star, but I'm forced to give one! I went in to Walgreens today to refill a medication I've been taking for the past 6 yrs, so I know "when" my insurance and state regs allow me to pick up. They've allowed me to pick up one day early, before I run out. Today, Walgreens filled 3 of my meds ALL of which have at least 1 more week supply remaining in my bottles, all filled no problem. After being told they would fill it, I waited :30 before being told that it can't be filled til tomorrow! Funny, I KNOW I'm absolutely allowed to p/u ONE DAY early! I phoned my prescribing Dr, just to be told that I AM allowed to pick up today! Other pharmacies I've used liked my business, even learned and used my name but not the Walgreens in Raymond, NH! Unfriendly and incompetence are the words to describe the pharmacy at Walgreens! The hours of operation are also ridicules! I'm used to pharmacies that are open 24 hours but not at this location! They close at between 4:00~5:00PM! They evidently don't expect working folk to use...
Read moreThis is one of the worst pharmacies ever! The people who work there are rude and unkind. Only one woman smiles and is kind when she greets you. They never fill the prescription automatically. I have to call or show up for them to fill it. There's one pharmacist specifically who is rude, has an attitude, and is very unkind EVERY time I have to go there. My son needs his medication. It's been there for over a week. I was told I would be notified when it was ready. No one has called or texted. This is not the first time this has happened, either. With all these women's complaints, you would think Walgreens would do something about its employees. I'm sure everyone reading this thinks, why don't you go somewhere else? This is because there are only two other pharmacies in Raymond, NH. One is Rite Aid, and it's the same issue as Walgreens. The other is Hannaford Pharmacy. Let me say how wonderful and kind they are over there. If they accepted my insurance, that is...
