The store is nice and organized, and everyone is pleasant. However, my experience ordering books here prior to the beginning of the semester was terrible. I ordered the books here instead of Amazon because I just wanted everything to be ready and available at the same spot on the same day without a hassle. On the second day of school, I was told that my order wasn't ready yet. The next day, I was told that two of my books arrived, while the remaining six were cancelled... Six. That's a lot when you need them almost immediately. Somehow there was a glitch in the system, but that wasn't enough of an excuse for me to reorder the books on Amazon Prime be instead. I ordered a book the week classes started. That weekend, I received a DVD in the mail, not a book. I emailed the bookstore, and was told to bring the DVD in and the correct book would be overnighted.
