I do not know Carlos and have never been in his shop but I want to pass on this experience I had. I called the shops number late Christmas evening (like 10pm late) thinking I would leave a message on the shops answering machine. I was having a battery drain from what I thought was a remote start (not installed by Carlos) and wanted to ask for a return call back when the shop opened to schedule an appointment. To my surprise someone picked up the phone, (I'm guessing it was Carlos) and I immediately apologized for interrupting his Christmas and calling so late. He said no problem and asked what issue I was having with my vehicle. He didn't ask me to call back the next day or seem annoyed. He took a genuine interest in my problem and gave me possible solutions to remedy it. This is late Christmas evening I remind you to a total stranger. It was an electrical problem I wound up figuring out on my own on a faulty window switch. However if I ever need a car electronic install, Carlitos Way will be the first place I go to or recommend...
