The flowers were very nice, and they were a value for what we paid; however, the execution of the funeral card was at best, appalling – let me 'splain: I was in charge of purchasing flowers for a friend’s family member who had passed, and I found Helen’s, which appeared to be nice a small business nearby to the funeral, and I am all about supporting small business, so I used them for our group floral arrangement order Their selection was robust and I was able to find something nice from the 4 of us within a budget I had set Via the website form, I asked them to call me to insure they could understand my instructions, as I have had issues in the past trying to arrange group flowers for a funeral from a florist, and I left my cell phone in the delivery instructions No call back at all Hey, thanks for that! Then, in the web-form, I was asked for a “Gift Card Message” and I put: “with our sincere condolences A B C and D families” Next was a “Gift Card Signature” input text box, which I left blank, since everything I needed to say was in the “Gift Card Message”, and I submitted the form, after entering all the other required fields, and the web-form failed with a message that a Gift Card Signature was required OK, so I entered “above is fine” . . . thinking that some human being with half a mind would see what I had entered and know NOT to print that line, right? – easy peasy! Well, no . . . that was not the case, and they/somebody printed the entire card with what appears to be NO review at all Hey, thanks for that! We go to the funeral as a group, give our condolences, and the one friend whose family member had passed, said “hey, what was with the flower card?” . . . and I knew immediately what he meant, and said “no, they didn’t!?!?” . . . and sure enough, just to the right of the coffin were our floral arrangement, with the card front and center Hey, thanks for that! Being a fair person, I will give you a star for the arrangement and the value of the flowers . . . however not give you any for whomever you hired to do your web form execution and the embarrassment I suffered with my friends, including the one who lost a family member Hey, thanks for that! I hope this helps somebody out there . . . to at least ensure this embarrassment doesn't happen to them

DO NOT GO HERE unless it’s your last resort for flowers in Hunterdon County or it’s an event or person that don’t matter to you. I spent $250 on 2 arrangements for a family funeral service and I regret that I ever came across this crooked operation fronting as a florist. I specified the types of flowers I wanted as well as the aesthetic but not the amount, assuming that for that high of a price I would receive a substantial amount of blooms. Instead, both arrangements were primarily filled with CHEAP GREEN FILLER, VERY FEW FLOWERS and LIFELESS FLOWERS that were DYING and NOT FRESH and NOT ABUNDANT. For the spray arrangement that was $150, there were 5 ROSES (yes only 5) several lilies and 3/4 CHEAP UGLY FILLER. So for $150, I received a dozen flowers and tons of green garbage to fill space. I was humiliated to present these arrangements to my grieving family. I called the proprietor, Helen, on the way to the funeral and complained about the actual number of flowers, the quality of the flowers and the vast amount of cheap filler that looked like weeds picked from the middle island of Rte 22. She told me to return the arrangements and she would issue a refund . She told me this while I was on my way to the funeral where I promised I would bring floral arrangements on behalf of my family !!! this place is ghastly. BUYER BEWARE and...

We’ve received beautiful bouquets from them recently. The colors were amazing yet appropriate for the circumstances! So pleased After writing this above review this beautiful flower pot was sent to my daughter!! The funny part of the story is that the delivery guy Dave and I had a lovely long conversation when he showed up at my door…again.

Due to a family member’s passing we had many deliveries recently. We spoke of many things including giving reviews and how helpful they are. AsI walked into the house I read the below card and had to run back out to show him why we received the flower pot! He had no idea either - he was just making another delivery…it was so sweet of them to acknowledge my daughter’s heartfelt efforts at a most difficult time. I will definitely visit Helen’s florist...
