Going to Panache feels like visiting my favourite neighbours. I remember walking in for the first time and feeling intimidated because the place is posh-looking and let's face it, I'm not! The smile I got at the reception desk that day put me at ease, and I stayed for the service I had booked. That was a while ago and now I visit Panache regularly.

The service I receive there is top notch, of course - I expect nothing less - but what keeps bringing me back are the people who work there. The staff at Panache, from Lindsay at the reception desk to the salon or spa specialists, are a classy group of women; warm, friendly, down-to-earth, funny, open-minded, intelligent and just plain sweet. Shannon, who does my hair, is wonderful: creative, competent, professional, kind and patient. Yes, she pampers me by bringing me a coffee or rummaging for a magazine I might like, and even pulls out an old hair dryer just for me that they hang on to because I prefer it - this is what world-class-service is like. But the caring they all show towards all their clients? THAT...

First time I got a haircut it was alright. The one thing I didn’t like was that she was so rushed to get my hair done that didn’t even listen what I wanted (that was with Alex R.) I did like it so I’m like alright whatever. The second time I got a haircut with Sarah D and I was SOOOO BAD. I asked her for a cute TRENDY nice shot hair and I got a 10 year old haircut. I looks so bad I had to go somewhere else to get it fix a couple weeks later. She said I’m gonna cut it and then at the end if you don’t like it I’ll cut it more, I didn’t like it so I asked so more and she gave me an attitude like seriously!!! And she didn’t even do it. I’m not going back to this salon. I’ll pay whatever amount if I like the place but honestly this place is over priced for no reason. The only thing I like about this place is the app in your phone but that’s pretty much it. Not to mention that the place it’s not cute or organized and it’s also dirty...

I have been going to Panache for a little over 6 months now for eyelash extensions and I love it. Kayla is super quick compared to others I have seen, and it is surprisingly a very relaxing experience, and I actually fall asleep during every appointment! Their prices for the lash extensions just can't be beat when it comes to the quality of their lashes. I have had some problems with my lashes in the past, and Kayla fixed them for me right away. I have also had my hair cut at Panache, and the shampooing was a little rough as most reviews say, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle.
