We call this spotless, well organized store "the little store that could". Despite some pretty fierce competition in the area this long standing medium sized Foodtown has carved out a niche for itself. There's a few things that separate them from the competition. First, the level of customer service is about as good as it gets. It's truly extraordinary. The store is always amply staffed and seldom over crowded. We love the meat department which is run by legitimate meat cutters who know their business. If you're looking for really good meat that's cut on site this is the place to go. Same goes for the seafood department. They offer pretty much anything you would want, even locally caught seafood with information about the specific boats and fisherman that went out and caught your dinner for you. The deli / prepared food section is very good as well. Storewide the product offerings are reasonably extensive albeit a little on the expensive side for certain items.But their sales are great and often offset the small price differences. Very Strange...A sale was in the weekly circular of an item I wanted to purchase, a sale with no limit. I went to FT RBank and the product was sold out. I went to the CS counter where I was oddly notified by the CS woman "there must be a limit" as if I was going to buy out the stock??? The woman seemed more concerned with the "limit" than taking my money?? I wanted to purchase a reasonable amount... There was no "limit" written on the sale sign nor in the circular. It took about 10 minutes to find out there were none in storage. I kindly asked for a rain check but oddly the CS woman seemed intent on setting a limit! I have no idea why? It was extremely uncomfortable, as if I wanted to buy out the supply. She gave me a limited raincheck, pointing out that a limit would apply. I left the store and went to Shoprite and purchased the amount I wanted at the same sale price along with the rest of my groceries. Sorry but "false advertising" is not a good thing. We just got married in Sea Bright and had been on the hunt for a bakery. We were recommended by one of the bridesmaids to Circus Foodtown in Redbank. How PERFECT of a recommendation did it turn out to be.

We wanted a different cake with color and sparkles, instead of just your basic white. To say Jackie was excited about that, is an understatement! She asked for our Pinterest and helped in such a professional and bubbly way that we knew we found both our cake and our baker! She was super responsive and professional the whole time, and made both my wife and I feel like family!

Cake was affordable, and delivered to our location day of, so it was fresh and glowing.

We live in Colorado but plan on using Jackie and foodtown as our bakery destination for any and all events in the future whenever we visit!
