I had quite a bit to cleanup after my quartz countertop and full backsplash installation; (sand & re-paint wall from old breakfast bar top removal, new faucet installation, new drain installation, re-work of all my under sink plumbing to accomodate the new sink's depth, re-secure my dishwasher to counter with new screws (self-sourced), source new, longer screws for all of my electrical boxes on the backsplash - since the new quartz was thicker than the old backsplash - longer screws were needed to secure electrical outlets to the boxes. Honestly, all of it did take hours that I was not prepared for. There was probably about a hundred bucks in additional expenses; paint, screws and plumbing materials, luckily I was able to take care of it all myself. For a grand total of $7k, I would have expected less work on my end, or at the very least provide a new drain and proper screws. Each new thing I needed was another trip to the hardware and paint store. At the end of the day the measure and installation, and high quality of the Emerstone quartz exceeded my expectations and is holding up like brand new after several months with no issues, so I would recommend it as it did transform my kitchen, but be ready if you're doing a new sink and full backsplash for a lot of additional work that the company will not do. We were updating our kitchen and were looking for new counters in August of 2023. This location of Progressive Dimensions was brand new (main location is in Tom's River) and we decided to stop in and take a look. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. After deciding on a countertop stone, we shopped around the following day and found Progressive Dimensions had the best price and warranty option! The template and installation process was very easy. From the moment we walked in to the time we were installed, it was such an amazing experience. We had been to numerous places and nothing beat their customer service. Our designer was so patient and helpful. She worked with us for weeks and she was always communicating with us. She answered all my questions and if she needed to, she asked her managers to assist with the more technical questions. The stone selection was so affordable.
