I bought a newly refurbished pillowtop bed from them, but found it didn't work for my body type. So we returned it 3 days later. Sunshine, the staff person on duty and another gentleman went out their way to help me find not only the right bed, but also were so patient with me when I changed my mind from wanting one mattress over another when it was already loaded on the truck. I got a wonderful service and appreciate them for exchanging the first mattress set with no hassles. Then allowing for my mind change again on the second set. I got the new set home and immediately knew it was the one for me. I layed down on it and almost fell asleep immediately. I look forward to many a good night sleep in my future. The mattress set for cal. King standard smooth top was only $225 plus $33 for recycle charge fee and less than $20 tax. For under $300 I got a great bed. I recommend for someone with little cash, but needling a bed this would be a place to check before spending big dollars elsewhere. Went in to look for a couch, was wondering what price one of them was and the man I asked at the counter acted as if he was bothered amd inconvenienced by me, he had some young girl help me instead and was told that the couch I wanted was actually part of a sectional and it was around $700 but then she pulled it off of some website and then told me it was around $1970. The sectional in the store looked slightly used but they still gave a price that was insane. I decided to keep looking around and my daughter found a painting she liked that looked like it said $ 6 but then we were told it was $90 & I mentioned to them it was originally $29.99 from the ross tag it had on it. The lady said oh someone brought that in which made no sense. They acted desperate for me to purchase something and were even asking me over and over if I heard about the financing and layaway and even gave me two business cards. I have my heart set on never returning to this place ever...

I love this store. I especially like that I don't even have to leave the house to do my shopping. They update their website often and the photos that they post are always clear and always precise. Meaning they actually take the time to make sure that what they are selling is in the photo. The staff is very friendly and always quick if you have any questions. But they don't follow you around making you uncomfortable either. They give you the right amount of space while shopping in store. You can find just about anything you could ever think of in this store. I love to go in if I have time and look around or if I have something in mind then I visit the website. And if I don't find it there I call they are more then willing to help. I recommend anyone who hasn't been here to try it out either by visiting the store or by going to their website.
