Lake Boulevard Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in Redding

I go to that shopping plaza for one reason or another literally almost on a daily basis if not several times a day. Easy access to I-5 North and South. Which gives you easy access to Highway 44 and Highway 299 east and west. Has everything you need from groceries at the Raley's and their amazing produce that taste like real food. To the Cricket store do I believe has one of the best phone carriers out there. There's an ice cream parlor a payday loan across the street is an AMPM with cheap gas. Carl's jr. And there's even an auto parts store. Great one-stop-shop for literally just about everything you need including smoke shop and a laundromat can't go wrong with that plasma center. My only beef is the way they treat some of the homeless people. And the prices are sometimes not always a little T, but usually the product is a little better too. I like this place because there are a few necessary everyday essentials stores located for customers to shop at. Also fast food restaurants such as McDonald's & Popeyes, as well as Round Table Pizza & a Chinese restaurant where customers can sit down to enjoy their meals. The only downfall is driving through the parking lot, you will cross many homeless people here and there. Some may be asking you for money, drunk arguing with another person, or just passed out on the side walk. I witnessed some of the homeless even sit around in groups with their dogs all day & do nothing but use drugs. Make sure you lock your vehicle doors at all times. Those people aren't too approachable and they don't mind anyone that has children or do not have children, whom are walking by that notice them. There was 2 reasons why I was in the lake boulevard plaza. 1 of them was since my washing machine broke and I had to utilize the laundromat for a week and the other was the other was that I got hungry waiting for my clothes so I went to the Raley's deli to enjoy a delicious Dagwood sandwich. No complaints. The laundromat was clean and easy to use and the sandwich I got at the Raleys deli was delicious albeit expensive. I mean I know costs have gone up no thanks to Bidenflation But $15 for a 12" sandwich was definitely high but on the other hand they do use good quality meats and there was a lot of bacon in there and every bite...
