So delicious 🤤 That tuna poke bowl lit up my taste buds like Coachella—sauces were ridiculous (in the best way). And don’t even get me started on the teriyaki taco… absolutely out of this world. The BBQ pork bowl is always delicious there are never any complaints. The service is consistently poor. The woman running the register this time didn’t greet anyone. There was no one in line and only one person waiting for food and the woman stood by the register without acknowledging the customers and talked to her coworkers about how she was fired from Walmart. She even told someone to wait while she finished her story before helping them. The cook was kind and polite and took my order while the other worker continued on about her personal life. The potential for a good restaurant is there, the staff (except for the male cook) sucks and comes across as lazy/ not caring about working there. Five stars for the food, it’s great. Another amazing meal here! I love Fresh Fire Grill! It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Shasta County. Every meal has been delicious. Their service is always excellent and friendly. I have celiac, and though they don’t promote or advertise “gluten free”, I can safely order a pulled pork bowl with Asian veggies (cucumber salad) over rice, with their tasty sweet n spicy Bbq and Sriracha aioli sauces and it’s always a win.
