I ordered the Spring time duet (Standard) that cost me $55.00. The flowers did arrive - same day free delivery for a local order. They weren't lying! But the arrangement that arrived to my mother's door is another matter altogether! The flowers were wilted and drooping! I specifically ordered tulips as it has a special meaning for us. There was a lily in the arrangement! it looked nowhere like what was shown on the website! Don't get me wrong, because this was NOT the only arrangement I ordered. The other order looked really lovely and my other mom was over the moon with it. Somehow, they missed the mark on this one. How is it possible that this arrangement was even able to leave their doors???? From the florist that made the arrangement, to the person that took it to the van to the person that actually delivered this sorry looking flowers- NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE - NO ONE thought hey, this is UNACCEPTABLE and NOT okay at all to be delivered???? 100% Satisfaction guaranteed???? oh no, let's not even go there! How can you take pride and stand behind this delivery you just made? hey, I'm just quoting what's on your website! This truly is an unforgettable gift my mother got. Totally ruined her day.

She asked me how much I wanted to spend, and the type of packaging to put the flowers in. I gave her little to no direction besides the occasion and two colors, and told her I trusted her creative direction. She exceeded my expectations! Friendly service and everything was ready in 20 minutes!! I will be returning!

Unfortunately my recipient never received the flowers. The service of this company is terrible. I clearly stated that this was being delivered to a business-most people get off of work at 5, flowered were delivered well after 5. I even called to get clarification about my order and the lady couldn't give me any information-let alone barely speak English. If you are looking for quality service and reliability, avoid...
