During a recent landscaping project, I started looking for outdoor furniture and shade. Google searches led me to discover Blue Sky Outdoor and I’m thrilled that I did. Blue Sky had a nice selection of both furniture and shade products. During my visit to the showroom, owner Bob Grossman proved to be very knowledgeable, taking time to answer my questions, review the furniture product lines he carried, and demonstrate how each of the various models of shade umbrellas worked. Bob even loaned me his fabric swatches so that I could review them at home against other items in my outdoor space before deciding which fabric and color to order for the umbrella canopies.

Based on this experience and the quality of the products he carried, I placed a large order for TUUCI umbrellas.

Before purchasing, I considered other vendors as well, but Bob’s pricing was very competitive. He put together a detailed invoice and placed my order promptly. Given delays on all fronts due to COVID-19 related supply chain issues, Bob kept me updated of the order’s status, including delays due to material shortages. Because three of the umbrellas that I purchased were going to be installed into in-ground mounts, Bob went the extra mile in providing detailed instructions for proper installation so that the umbrellas would be secure. Coordination of delivery and install was done equally efficiently.

During delivery of smaller umbrellas, we found manufacturing defects with both canopies. Bob processed a claim on my behalf immediately and ordered replacement canopies. Upon receipt of the replacement canopies, he had his installer come onsite and do a swap. All went smoothly.
