Starbucks — Restaurant in Redwood City

Very crowded location for a Sunday morning. High quantity of orders ahead of me for all the breakfast sandwiches. Luckily enough they seemed to have a large stock so they didn't run out. Staff was courteous and worked quickly and efficiently.

Edit: I have been back to this location a few times during non-peak hours. I walk in, nobody at the counter ordering, STILL a long wait... THIS IS THE SLOWEST STARBUCKS ON THE PLANET! I thought the wait from my first visit was because it was busy, and it was a really long wait, but even with nobody there it took so long to get my drink. I will now only stop at this location out of sheer desperation. I would rather drive a couple miles out to wait a fraction as long and be home in the time it took to wait for my drink here. I hope they can pick up their service. The people seemed really nice, it just...

I am a patient person and not usually one to leave negative comments but I'm over this Starbucks. It is right around the corner from my house so I try to support it but enough is enough. Reasons I won't be coming back here for a while. The wait time for drinks to be made is outrageous. I have spent 25 minutes waiting for a latte there before when it wasn't even busy. This morning when I walked over the store was full and there were 4 ppl waiting outside (with a full staff behind the counter). They get orders wrong, even on simple orders Finishing my coffee today, I got a mouthful of grounds. Has happened before but never this bad. (See pic)

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm over it. Friendly staff and clean store but for being so centrally located in a high traffic/commute area I expect quicker service and more...

I frequented this Starbucks location almost daily. It's dangerous to have a Starbucks so close to my home. 5 minute walking distance. This is one of my top 3 Starbucks locations for so many reasons. Management dictates employee interactions with customers due to training protocols, priority values individual from other locations. Very time efficient. Always courteous, acquired customer satisfaction mindsets above and beyond any duty of care expectations. This location is very close to U.S.101 and The Dumbarton Bridge. 84. 237, I 85. Very ideal, suitable location for those who are on as time sensitive schedule. I love this place. Very peaceful. Hidden A Bit from Marsh Rd. The only reason my review was not a 5.
