Skyway Park Bowl — Local services in Renton

The prices are pretty good. Especially on Sundays during their "happy hour" bowling special. The problem is that they may tell you the wrong hours for when this is (it's noon-4p on Sunday btw). I showed up at 2:30p as the first one of a group of about 20. I was told on the phone that the special was from 3p-5p (it's not) so I figured we had plenty of time (we didn't). When I went up to the counter, I told the guy that (after it took him 5 mins to come to the counter) that we had a group coming. He gave me a dirty look and said, "We usually like to have some advanced notice for larger groups". To which I told him that I had called a few days early in the week when I was given the wrong information. He acted like he didn't believe me and I was stupid for thinking that I had called. Anyway, the alley was completely empty and I was bringing this guy 50+ games of bowling, but he didn't seem like he really wanted the business. All in all it was a fun experience (after the first 30 mins) and the lanes are pretty out dated, but the price per game, even off special, are very reasonable. So if you want a cheap fun outing with friends, definitely come here (and note the name of anyone you talk to on the phone). If you would rather pay for a better experience, I can't...

I have had an extremely adverse experience at your establishment. Upon entering your parking lot at the skyway park bowl today November 22, 2022 at approximately 4:57pm I was approached by a young woman named Jean, who began asking questions about why I was at the bowling alley; and what I was doing there. I explained at that time that I didn’t need to disclose anything to her and asked her why she was concerned. To which Jean responded because I work here. I responded that I didn’t need any help and I didn’t need to answer her questions. Jean then continued that people are always in the parking lot doing drugs and breaking the law, and that I needed to explain why I was there. I then proceeded to park my vehicle and drop my daughter off for practice. Upon entering to ensure my minor child’s coach was there. I walked past the counter, and again was met by Jean who advised “how can I help you, now you can explain to me why you’re here” at that time I told her I didn’t need her help and asked her why she was harassing me Jean then proceeded to tell me that I could contact the owner and they know she does this the equipment and lanes are in need of repair and the customer service is non existent...

I went there with a friend, and ordered two bud light tall boys (the cans that are slightly larger than average). upon ordering I was treated with mistrust and asked what kid of brew I wanted. I repeated that I wanted to bud light tall boys. bud light aluminum cans in blue about a foot tall (i'm estimating the height of said drinks), and in response I was told that I was cut off. after my friend who was a frequent patron of the place talked to the bartender, I went in and asked what exactly the problem was, so I could avoid it in the future. he responded with a hostile attitude and refused to discuss the issue, and called coworkers over to ensure that I was unable to bowl after that point. a single bud light tall boy is obviously not enough to cause a person to lose reason. you...
