Lumina Lounge — Local services in Revere

I recently visited your establishment 9/15 /25 and wanted to share my experience, as I believe feedback is essential for growth and improvement.While I appreciated the kind demeanor of the waitress, I found the overall atmosphere to be less than ideal. The music was quite loud, which made it difficult to enjoy conversations. Additionally, I was disappointed with the service regarding my drink order. I ordered a bourbon, but the waitress did not inquire about my preferences, resulting in a drink that was overly sweet for my taste. When my husband approached the bartender to request an adjustment or a remake of my drink, we were informed that we would need to consult with the manager. Unfortunately, the response we received was not satisfactory, as we were told that I would have to pay for the original drink, despite not consuming it. This left a negative impression, as it felt that customer satisfaction was not prioritized. I believe that customer experience is vital for any business, and I hope you take this feedback into consideration. I left feeling that my patronage was not valued, and as a result, I am unlikely to return in the future. We visited Lumina Lounge recently. The place itself is nice and spacious, with a good look and vibe. The servers were friendly and our server was great overall , except for the lack of transparency regarding charges.

We were charged $3 per cup of tap water. I’m all for businesses charging what they want, but transparency is key. At no point were we informed that tap water had a cost. The amount isn’t the issue , it’s the fact we weren’t told ahead of time.

Another downside was the music selection. There was way too much reggaeton. The person in charge of the music really needs to read the room. When 99% of guests are dancing to merengue, bachata, and salsa, but everyone sits down when reggaeton plays, maybe don’t play 10+ reggaeton songs in a row.
