Nicks Place (On the Beach) — Restaurant in Revere

Let me explain why I rated this place one star, with the service getting only one star. The horrible communication and customer service were appalling. Imagine being a customer who simply wants their food done correctly, but instead, you're rushed while trying to place your order, and your order still gets messed up, even after spending $60. I wouldn't be as upset if it were just $20, but I invested $60 worth of food.

I was so angry, especially since I meant to order from Nick’s Bistro, and this guy shows up from here. I still paid him the full amount, only to have my order messed up and to be rushed off the phone. I was confused because I'm used to better service, but then I realized I had ordered from the wrong place. The pizza was so poorly made that I demand a refund. I even made the guy repeat my order to me, yet he still messed it up.

I frequently order out, and I never tell people not to order from a place, but in this case, if you want sloppy pizza and horrible customer service, go ahead and order from here. I should’ve just been nice and said, 'Order from Nick’s Bistro,' but I’m being real, and I want all my reviews to reflect the story of what I went through...

I usually other from other of its locations. This time we were at the beach and decided to go to this one because it is located in front of the beach I ordered a pizza party in advance. They said 15- 20 min to get ready.. We arrived more than 20 minutes later, and they hadn't even started to prepare our order. We have to wait 20 minutes more with 6 hungry children upset for the waiting. The pizza was dry, a few ocercooked and laking of cheese. With spaces that had only the stain of the tomato sauce. Thank God the children devoured it, but the pizza really wasn't good. It was crowded and busy. Maybe it was the reason for the fails in the service and the food quality. A friend wanted to go here for a birthday lunch. I treated her and noticed she wasn’t eating her rice pilaf. I had a mediocre tuna sandwich and tasteless steak fries. She did enjoy her chicken kabob salad but told me, as we were cleaning up the table, that her rice pilaf was spoiled and inedible. For the cost of both meals, we could’ve gone to a nicer place. I had promised someone else that I would bring them a sub, and when I went to the counter to order it, the woman was glued to her phone. I purposely waited and said nothing to see how long it t would take for her to notice me standing in front of her. It took someone from the kitchen to get her attention.
