Stoney Court Playcare — Local services in Rexburg

If I could write - reviews I would. I just took my baby out of this daycare he had gotten bit every day. This last incident has really rattled me. The last time my son was there he had gotten over 4 bite marks one on his ear! He had been extremely dirty, not cleaned at all in nasty clothes, sobbing when I picked him up with scratch marks and what looks like light road rash on his body and a wound on his head with a bandaid on it. No call, nothing!! They just let him sit there with a wound on his head. When I picked him up the first lady claimed she didn't know what had happened and she had told me That I can't ask for video footage! That only management can see! She was the one watching him! They were outside and it was windy and the kids shouldn't have even been out there. Inside I had to go look for someone because the office ladies weren't there or management. The lady had told me he had walked behind a kid on the swings. I get accidents happen this was everyday something had happened to my kid and no one is ever watched! I have had meeting with the owner and nothing changes ever. They say they have a no biting policy bull. I took my kid to the urgent care where he got diagnosed with hematoma, contusions and multiple bites and marks! I had to put him on concussion watch and now don't have any childcare and am going to lose my job because of this situation because I can not take my kid where he is going to be treated so poorly. Stoney Court Daycare has been the best since my kids have switched from a previous daycare. It is way more interactive, and the facility is extremely nice and very clean. They have a huge gym with a rock climbing wall, an arts and crafts room, a huge outdoor playground and lots and lots of toys for the kids to play with. They also have a learning curriculum that prepares your child for Kindergarten. Mariah "Director of Stoney Court", has known my kids for about three years from the previous daycare and is absolutely amazing. My kids love her, and they always look forward to seeing her everyday. She is very accommodating, and has always made sure everyone's kids are happy and safe. She is always available if you have a concern, and you can always count on her. Mariah shows so much compassion in what she does, and you can see that she truly cares about each individual child. After switching my kids here I have seen huge improvements with there attitude. My kids are always happy at pickup and my daughter never cries anymore when dropping her off in the mornings. This has been a wonderful change, and it makes me happy to see...

We just started at this daycare when school started this year and I couldn’t be more impressed. I have ran my own daycare before so I have high expectations. It’s under new ownership and she has remodeled the building. It is so nice and clean and even better, it smells clean which I love and appreciate. They have automatic locks on the exterior doors with cameras throughout the facility. I get updated though out the day of what my kid ate and if anything else happened. My son cried every morning going to our previous daycare and now he loves coming here daily. They have different rooms for eating, playing, Gym, outside playgound, preschool, and arts and crafts. I love that there is plenty of room to play and do different activities other than watching tv all day. Nothing is more important than my child enjoying there day while I am at work and it makes me so happy that he is having great days here. I highly recommend sending your child here.
