I have tried to get in contact with them for over a month. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t answer my messages on their Facebook page although they read them. It shows that they read my messages, yet they don’t reply. They’re simple messages like “How can I get a hold of you?” Or “I tried calling, but no one picked up, what’s the best way to reach you?” I’ve even tried to just explain why I’m trying to contact them, which is to see if they’ll buy some unused blanks at discounted price from my previous clothing brand that I know they use for their company too. It’s not like I’m bombarding them with messages, they’re spread out between days and weeks.

I’ve met them before when I paid them a visit about 6 months ago and they are nice, but not answering people is a big no for me. I’ll take my business...

This frustration could have been avoided if your rules about minimum order quantities had been mentioned any time since February when your company reached out to me about doing business.
