Just here and I showed a picture if what I wanted, she then asked if I was offered a free wash and said no I thought washing was included so we then washed it and she barely dryer it, I asked to trim my hair and by bangs so they swoop to the side. But the irritating part was that she then asked after dimming and at about 50 percent dry if there was anything else I needed done....Well yeah my hair needs dried and styled that's what I can in for so she kinda dried it then I said I would like it backcombed and straightened to curl in, she then grabs a 1" curling iron and cuts it under, no volume done at all. I look like. Little kid just played with me hair. They wanted to charge 10. 00 for the style....what style all she did was curl my hair under in about 2 seconds. Not happy I will not return and they all seems drab and boring. I don't think there was a manager around. I would give zero...

When I went in, I wanted blunt bangs, but I know that it's very easy for them to mess up and I was a little anxious about them because I've always had a side part and a cowlick. I went in and asked if there was anyone who was particularly good with bangs. Katelynd who was at the register, said "Yes, Allison and I both are" so I booked an appointment and only had to wait about 5 minutes! They got me in and Katelynd cut my bangs. She did it slowly and let me check as she went along to make sure they were going as I'd hoped. She also trimmed my hair and then advised me how to train my bangs and what kind of brush and comb I would probably want. She was super nice and chatted with me, but didn't make me feel like I was being interrogated, which I don't really love😅 It was an awesome experience and only for $16! I came in at the time I was scheduled,and there was one other person there. The lady told me it was a 30 min wait. I go to Supercuts to get right in and right out. Why even show up at my time when you won’t even receive me. On top of it, this whole new thing they are doing where they stand in front of you and tell you to tell them about your self is very awkward. I dont want to chit chat. I don’t want to feel interrogated. It wasn’t even natural or authentic, because you can literally hear them asking everyone to tell them about themselves. I felt like another customer on the conveyer belt. Also, way over priced. 16$ bucks for a basic men’s haircut. What a joke. I have been going there for years, and will no longer...
