Dollar General — Local services in Reynolds

While i love the store. Employees are friendly, professional. Store is very neat and well stocked. I would rate them an easy 5 stars. My very major problem is with the app that allows digital coupons has never worked for me. None of the items or cash off for purchases over certain amount are never applied. I make my purchase list and add coupons to my account according to quantity and size required to render the coupons applicable. No one has successfully been able to make it work or explain why it isn't working. I have been a very loyal customer for a long time. I now feel cheated of discounts promised. The manager of this location whose name is Donna is very rude and not very helpful to her customers. She is constantly speaking in an I’ll manner concerning her employees when I’m in the store and she does nothing but walk around and complains.
