My Wife and I live in Waverly Hall Ga and for 2 years and 3 months we were on Direct TV internet. The speed was a little slow about 5 Mb per second and at night would be slower. The whole time we were with Direct our highest Gigs per month was 27 Gigs usage. We called Psdata they seemed to be very nice people and said that they could probably beat the speed and they did sometimes we would get about 14 Mbs per second Download.Well into about 2.5 weeks we had gone one 20 Gigs so we Upgraded to higher plan then there would be times mostly late night they would tell us 5 to 10 Gigs. They would always tell us that it was on our end. We had a Certified computer Tech make sure all our computers were Not using any data by themselves, then they told it was our Direct TV that might be using data during the night so we bought a New router and Direct TV never was connected to it. So on Friday 12/15/17 we were notified that we were about reach our limit my Wife raised our plan to 100 Gigs, this morning 12/20/17 we were notified we were about our limit, and that we had used over 35 Gigs in a 24 hour period remember for over 2 years our max we ever used was 27 Gigs with Direct TV. We are 69 and 70 years old we are Not gamers or do we Download movies. When I called their office today to see if they could check their Tower, I got the same response that we always get from them They will Always put the monkey right on You. I keep telling them that we had All our equipment checked out and there is No way we could be using this kind of data. we are not paying $170.00 a month and they want us to pay more. When we try to get them to check their equipment out They just want to argue and I said before just throw the monkey back in your court. I really wish the FCC would investigate this Company and their towers. I wish we had read the reviews about this Company before we signed a Contract with them. All You can do is Pray for People...

It was like pulling teeth to talk to anyone who worked there. Terrible customer service. Rude. Bad attitudes. The cheap modem would constantly need reprogramming. I would have to drive into town to have it looked at. I do network security for a living, so I need internet for work and for school. This company is the ONLY option in my area (Reynolds). I cancelled my service because I couldn't do business with these crooks any longer. I was deployed for long periods of time in the Air Force Reserves, and this company wouldn't cut me a break while I was gone. They would make me pay large connect fees when I got back home. Most every other company I deal with would cut me a break do to my military service. Not these people. I no longer have internet now and will make do without. I would rather drive to town and use wifi with my laptop if I have a project to work on, than to ever deal with this...
   Read moreThis is the worst service ever. My DSL internet goes down constantly. My fathers DSL service has been down for at least 4 months. They came out once to work on it, it worked for about 2 hours and went down again. It hasn't worked since. He has had service with them for about 50 years and they still won't fix his DSL. They will sign you up for a new contract anytime without you even knowing, until you get ready to cancel service. I just cancelled all of my PSTEL services. I can't see paying for their bad service any longer and I've had service with them for almost 30 years. They just don't care because they are the only game around the area. You...
