I had a wonderful experience through the entire process of getting fiber installed. Brittany in the office was very professional, knowledgeable & made me feel comfortable about the big change from going from being with Dish for 15 years to this new fiber technology. The guys that came to my home to start the digging process always contacted me whether by phone or in person before starting anything. They all also were very professional even though my peacock was nosey watching their every move. Lastly, all of the installer guys Nathan & Rashad were all so nice & got me all set up quickly from the inside of my home. They were all so polite, communicated effectively about everything & were also very professional. Public Service employees started me out on all the right steps of going forward with this company. UPDATE: Today Nathan, Rashad, and Nathan came out to install all the equipment. These guys were fantastic! I had an unusual situation trying to get the WiFi signal throughout the house. They devised the best location for the router and then installed all the fiber and other equipment. Then they took the time to do speed test at all points I previously had connectivity issues.

After constant frustration with another company, I found a post on social media from Brittany with Public Service Telephone. They were installing new services in my neighborhood. Brittany had me test my current internet speed, and it was a fraction of what I was paying for. Brittany set everything up with such ease. She was a huge help. If the internet service is half as good and fast as Brittany then I'll be a very satisfied...

awful... just awful... I am generally one to refrain from writing a review, but this time I have to. The quality of the internet is just plain bad. pages don't load properly and videos are always limited to 144- Rarely does a video ever top 480p. I tried to run a speed test like twice, but it wouldn't complete itself and kept getting at 0.03Mbps for downloads and 0.25 Mbps for uploads... Not worth your time, effort, or money. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I'll be surprised if this review will even go through. seriously pstel... get your act together.

Edit: They have since improved in quality since I first left this review and now offer data plans outside of the stone age- we upgraded and havent had any issues since. Well done...
