That place is terrible. There is only one person that is real respectful. Her name is Daisy and she is an African American. She checks on everyone that donates. There is another Daisy thatās Latino and is very sloppy and angry at the world. She has a little power to tell people to go home instead of making sure the machine is working correctly. She is very disrespectful. The point of Bio is to help people. When you donāt wanna help people, you definitely should change your career.Thats one reason we have shady nurses, doctors not being trained to respect people and help.I sat there while she poked me wrong and than she asks if am alright. She doesnāt take her time to stick an needle in a person arm.If your going to talk about patients and your coworkers, please Latino Daisy donāt do it right next to the person.I always treated her with respect.Than you waEveryone else is worried about who is cute and poking people with the needle wrong. The first time the machine beep it was an air bubble in there system and the main person that was helping me,was doing great. The machine beep again and the person thatās helping me,Daisy decides to step on her toes and tell me if it does it again that Iām going to cut you short.Instead of going by protocol and getting her manager to confirm you wanted to take it in your hands.People have jobs and wanna act like there running that business when, your all the way at the bottom.Respect comes along way and when i donate its to help the people that need our blood.Dont become a nurse and doctor,if you have no patience, respect, and have a slick mouth or mad at the world. The other people asked her why,you cut him short and you wanna make up a lie.If thatās the case how about if we can sit down with the manager and the CEO and explain how many times people had problems with you and you messing up on your job and not reporting it.You donāt like to help. You didnāt even find out the problem. If you feel am talking I can guarantee my blood is cleaner than hers a fact.If you would like to test my theory please let me know.I take good care of myself and helped me people.I am very disappointed because,i stayed loyal to that Bio.She doesnāt even do my arm all the time. She has done my arm around 3 times and remind you I been going there for a while. The person that was doing my arm went to ask Latino Daisy and she says something to the person that was helping me and walks past me.If you have to lie on a person character thatās trash.I definitely would like to talk to the CEO of that bio.It made me feel real dirty. There has been many mistakes there and not handled.A lot of people has lost blood there and had broken machines there and there not checking there machines all the way. This place has gotten worse. The African American Daisy quit because,of the disrespect she gets and the other ladies wanna talk about which ladies look better than the next and tear people down. That job is not a damn model or fashion show of who looks cute. That day was me and my husband last day and we stayed loyal. My husband is very disappointed on how he was treated as well.If you going to come in with attitudes with your patients, that career is not for you.Health is very important and not everyone has the help and if I can help with donating to the people that canāt help themselves,I will and that will be in a different place.African American Daisy,I wish and hope you well and better off with a more respectful place.Thank you for helping me and my husband many times,we been there.Rialto Bio needs new Management and people getting trained correctly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI LOVE the BioLife in Rialto! My experience with that site was great. Staff is wonderful and FRIENDLY!!! Manager Jake was very helpful! I appreciated the staffs attention to Covid restrictions and their attention to cleaning up after each client. The below mentioned was my experience while I was a BioLife Donor for 10+ months.
If you are a new donor, here's what you need to know. Bring the required documentation to your first appointment: SS card, ID/DL, and a piece of mail as proof of residence. Expect to be at BioLife for 3 hours. That is because you will go through a physical health review, vein check, vitals check, blood sample and finally a plasmapheresis donation. ADD to the fact that you are waiting for other new donors in the process too. I suggest you make sure your phone is fully charged to keep you occupied. After each donation, payment is immediately issued onto a debit card. The debit card will be given to you on your first visit during intake. It can be used as a debit card for purchases or you can take it to the bank and withdraw money. Read the fee schedule for the card. The only place it never worked for me was to buy gas at Costco or Sam's. Just my personal opinion, but my favorite people to do my "stick" were/are Luis, Stephanie, Mario, and Melissa. They are all amazing staff but these were the staff members that understood my sideways temper-mental veins. Do yourself the favor of referring the place to your interested friends and family, make that referral $$. YOU have to have completed 2 donations before the referred person can donate, otherwise you won't get paid. Bring a jacket. The saline they give you at the end of your donation makes you cold.
As of 3/8/22 it's $900 for 8 donations (payments are broken up into varying amounts). Once you complete the new donor coupon, you can continue to be a donor and get paid $120 a week ($20 & $100). If you miss donations, you get paid less until you are consistently donating again. I was a consistent donor, so I don't know what the pay schedule is, but I do know it exists. You can find that information on the announcement board on the wall to the right; announcement makes mention of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum donors. Yes, it is true $20 for the first visit and $100 for the second. Quite simply, BioLife must have TWO bottles of your plasma for their purposes. So, the "incentive" is to pay you more for the second visit to ensure your(s and mines) cooperation. It's terrible but business is business š¤·š½āāļø
Don't be late to your appointments! They have a STRICT appointment schedule and they will only allow you to be late up to 5 minutes (supposedly the questionnaire app will lock you out).
Lastly, you will periodically be emailed bonus coupons. Use them! Mention that coupon when you are doing your vitals...

I've been donating plasma for just over a year now, and while the experience has had its ups and downs, especially with my notoriously tricky veins, there's one person who has consistently made it smooth, comfortable, and even uplifting: Preet.
From the very beginning, I was told my veins were challenging due to the way they lie. I've left more than a few appointments with bruises and discomfort. But then I met Preet. She is, without a doubt, one of the most skilled phlebotomists I've ever encountered. She hits the mark every single time, quickly, gently, and with minimal pain. I now request her for every appointment, and I'm always relieved when I see her upon check-in.
But Preet's excellence goes far beyond technical skill. She is professional, kind, and genuinely attentive not just to me, but to every client she interacts with. She doesn't treat us like numbers or tasks to get through. She takes the time to connect, to listen, and to make each person feel seen and cared for. That kind of compassion is rare, and it makes a world of difference.
Even when a collection isn't possible, which has only happened once or twice, Preet handles it with grace and honesty. She doesn't offer canned excuses or shift blame. Instead, she assesses the situation with care and says, "Today is not your day." That level of integrity and professionalism is something I deeply respect.
Preet also stands out in the way she follows through. When you're done, she's there, no waiting around, no wondering if someone will notice you. She's attentive from start to finish, and it's clear she takes pride in her work and in the people she serves.
Preet is the real deal. Her dedication, warmth, and skill shine through in every interaction. She seems genuinely to enjoy what she does, and it shows, not just in how she treats clients, but also in how she carries herself among her coworkers.
I am truly grateful for Preet. She has turned what could be a stressful experience into something I actually look forward to. If every healthcare professional brought the same heart and excellence to their work, the world would be a much better place.
Thank you, Preet, for being...
