This place is just around the corner from where I have my first job during the day. I rated 5 stars thou I only been there twice. The service was great. My ratings of 2 stars is for the entire company because the contract I signed said unlimited data and if the companies has a different meaning for unlimited it has to share it with the rest of the world. They had lost a court case already where they paid millions of dollars for the thing they are doing again. They are slowing down your data claiming that you have used too much data. No no and no. I don't care how much data I used you can not slow down my data just so I be force to upgrade to pay more. Make sure the company reads this. Thank you. Unlimited please see definition for this word. This is the worst place i have ever been to! Walking in there i was not greeted , and even felt like they were mad when i walked in. All i wanted to do was pay a bill. One of the girls who was behind the counter was like what do you want , instead of asking politely. I gave her my phone number as she exceeded to tell me i could not pay with my card because it did not have a chip. I asked her if there was anywhere else i can go to pay with my card to pay my bill, she proceeds to give me my card and says NOPE....... pathetic! Absolutely disgusting how bad a person can hate her life while working..... if you are that unthankful for your job; there are plenty others who can do your job better....

My dad had gone to switch a phone with the insurance that's supposed to cover breakage like screen cracks. On the contrary, it seems they took advantage of him. They told him the insurance he had wasn't applicable (which it was), proceeded to charge him about $300 for an upgraded phone, canceled the insurance without his permission, and now we can't return the new phone because any upgrades are non refundable. I guess this speaks on how MetroPCS treats their customers. That's a loss of $300 for us which is a lot given the...
