The quality of my order was bad and the cashier would not make a new one nor replace what I ordered or give me my money That when you taste it and the item is paid you can’t return it or anything even if you’re still inside and just finished paying because they can’t do nothing Is the policy Very expensive for things we couldn’t even eat because they were not done properly or something and had a bad taste Shake was like water and no flavor and she had barely made it Candies in a container that are on display to buy are so hard and old that can break someone’s tooth with juice stains inside bottom of containers very disgusting Mangoneada was like if it was melted and re froze and has clear ice particles No flavor and sauce smelled old on it Mango pieces were candies like licorice type but real hard and the chili stick was very dry with no flavor

I have gone to different Michoacanas and they were so tasty flavorful and just what I expected

Now I’m so mad and disappointed for it was very expensive and just to have to toss it is not right I hope you look into the issue and I can get my money for the disgusting treats being served as not what...

I have been here since the day they opened, i came in today and asked for the same thing i hace been ordering for years. One, the girls none of them had a smile on their faces. Two, i ordered one thing and the girls starts to ugh! Ugh! ....ok if you dont want to work than quit. Three, this is the first time i had ate a strawberries and cream with NO granola after i asfed for extra. And im allergic to cucumbers, and found 2 pieces in my cup.... Ya thanks!!!!! Very Disappointed in this place, the one star would be for the place looking clean other than that the employees working there have such a poor attitude I ask for a carrot and orange juice and they didn't have any at the time, I ask for a lime water with chia and she rolled her eyes and gave us a cup with the water and no ice.. we also asked for tostilocos and they were the saddest and unappetizing tostilocos I had ever seen.. to top it off the pork skin was slimy and falling apart (old as$^%$&) the tamarind pieces were hard like rocks.. it was disgusting.. never again at least nit...
