edit: I feel like 3 stars was a bit harsh for a one-time miscommunication, so I'm editing this review several months later to 4 stars. The food really is very good, and I haven't had any more issues with being given the wrong order since that one time. Food is always ready on time when I call to order ahead. Still super hot, too. The spicy basil fried rice with ground chicken is still my go-to. Really excellent stuff. Give this place a try.

original review: The food can be really good... if they get your order right. I usually don't have a problem with this place, although I do have to repeat and clarify my order severl times usually. There are a lot of items on the menu that sound similar in their description, but are different dishes. That makes ordering your food more confusing than it should be. Tonight, I spent $77 here and unfortunately didn't check my food before I got home (by which point the restaurant had closed and nobody answered my call). Despite trying to clarify multiple times that I wanted to order the spicy basil fried rice, where everything is mixed together with the rice, I received an order of plain rice with a stir fry on the side (mostly bell peppers). I was ordering for a dinner with family members who are pescatarian, so I ordered shrimp on everything but the portion size was still smaller than I remember it being, and now we need to pick up more food from somewhere else. Maybe it's because the whole dish is different than what I ordered, and the actual rice dish I wanted might have come with more rice. We started going over there on New Year's Eve...that 1st night it was DELICIOUS...but since then, it's been hit and miss. We've had to go back and had them do replacement orders...AND today, not only did we call, complain and have them bring our replacement order BUT that replacement order lacked flavor, the extra $4 worth of shrimp that was already paid for and they made sure they got their other order back! What EXACTLY do they do with the messed up order? Hopefully none of you reading this is eating it now...🤔🤢🤧...also, another order that was specifically asked to be made as EXTRA spicy not only lacked the flavor but the rice noodles were so overcooked that it was clumped together as mush. In the end I just threw it out. When I had told them it was not spicy as requested, their fix was to send 2 lil containers of hot sauce for me to mix it in. If I had thought about it, I would of taken pic before I threw it in the trash...$47.25 in the trash 🗑💸...I don't mind spending money on good food but the service is poor, they are ALWAYS rushing you, "anything else?" and then when the food is not as ordered, they do NOT remedy it properly. I DON'T usually give reviews but this time I am so unhappy with the whole experience, I want others to know and NOT go have to go through it...definitely DON'T plan...

This the worst thai places i have ever been to and I’ve been to a-lot, the service was absolutely horrible the girl at the front was very rude , I ordered pick up and my food was incorrect , they made my meal with ground beef even though no where on the menu does it say ground beef , it just shows beef , and the rude worker tried to justify it and then realized i was right , then continued to make it worse by trying to charge me again after having to wait longer for our meal because i wanted rice separate like i stated over the phone , and she wasn’t even apologetic, and she tried saying that i agreed to pay more , I know what i said and i did not agree to that so i told her and she became more aggressive and rude . On top of all that my old food was just mixed in with the new beef and flavor wise it was horrible . I asked for mild spice and it was to spicy to even enjoy and the tom kha soup tasted rancid , WORST...
