Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Rialto

The lady that aggressively put her hand inside my bag of food as she was trying to explain something pointless, she also refused to give me her manager's name and she also refused to give me her name and she does not have a name tag on. She also raised her voice at me in front of customers I remain calm and told her that she does not need to speak to me with such aggressive or disrespectful terms that she chose to use as she was speaking to me. My issue was not with her to begin with but now my issue is with her as well because she does not want to give me her name either. I am number 939 at 7:14 p.m. this took place between about 7:18 and 7:20 p.m. This is completely unacceptable. I don't know how that lady still has a job when she probably treats other customers like that when they have a complaint and they're asking for an employee's name. By the way my complaint against SoL the manager, she wanted to charge me extra for me getting a drink half one flavor half the other flavor. Same experience as the woman below me. We went to go grab something quick but my bf had to use the restroom. They denied him although I was in line.
