Be careful shopping here and using self check out. I was doing gig work here and I paid for some Red Bull for myself 3 for $8.78 then i paid for the gig work order. I literally put the Red Bull in my cart because at the self checkout section you have to remove everything from the self check out before you start your next transaction. I just had 3 loose Red Bulls in my cart because i didnât purchase a bag. The cashier normally hangs around the self checkout area but was nowhere to be seen. she barely arrived back to the area after I finished paying for the other order. Tell me why, instead of approaching me and asking me if I paid for my Red Bull, she literally waited till I left and printing my receipt and made the security guard run after me and accuse me of stealing. I was really upset. I went inside and I asked her to print out the two receipts. The one that she printed out for the security guard and the one prior to that. She refused. I admit I called her a bad word because she literally told me That she was going to call the police on me for stealing. Instead of doing her due diligence and printing out the two receipts I asked her to print out. I was very annoyed with that situation, and I have never experienced anything like that. She told me she was going to go view her cameras and then when she proves that I didnât pay for my Red Bull. Sheâs gonna call the police. She kept telling me that I was a thief in front of all of the customers there. I showed her the transaction on my phone that I paid for my Red Bull. It was a US Bank notification from six minutes ago $8.78 spent at Cardenas. And I scanned my Red Bull that I had in my hand three times at the self check out and I showed the security guard that three Red Bulls cost exactly $8.78. Do you think that she cared? No she didnât. She continued to call me a liar in front of all of the customers. That loser couldnât even apologize to me because she was proven wrong and did not know how to react. and I asked her to print out the receipts for that cash register that I was using. Do you think she did it? No, she literally refused to look at my phone to see the transaction that I spent money and my own bank account for the exact price of the Red Bull six minutes prior. I literally have never in my adult life and Iâm 33 years old. Never have I been accused of stealing, and I am accused by someone who is an illegal here. Iâm definitely gonna call and report this place for having illegals. Iâm sorry, but this is not OK. Just because she was taking a dump in the bathroom then coming back to where her designated area is for the evening, doesnât mean i stole Red Bull. Lady, you were taking a crap. You were nowhere near the self checkout area during most of the duration that i was there but yet you just accused an innocent person of stealing and even once proven wrong she demanded my receipt which was tossed in the trash at the self checkout once i paid for it so i wasnât going to dig in the trash for it. I proved myself innocent through the transaction on my phone and she could have proved it and admitted herself as wrong if she just printed the two receipts from my register. This is America and I donât look like a thief and I look like a legitimate woman. If she had been doing her job correctly and been at her designated area then she wouldâve seen me pay for my Red Bull. But instead of doing her due diligence, she just made a fool of herself, and once she realized she was wrong, she still would not apologize or admit it.    Read moreIf I could rate a 0 star I would thus far one of the most terrible stores I ever shopped!! To start off there was flies in the bread which made me feel disgusted. Then in the produce area the manager named Jose was pressuring & insulting his employees telling them to hurry & calling them stupid very unprofessional! When I asked him for help he ignored me the second time he answered me with a attitude! He claimed that the reasons for his prices being so high was because of the rain in Mexico. Then when I walked away I heard him mumble something in a low voice. The only person helpful in produce was a gentleman in a blue dress shirt he was kind and polite very professional I am puzzled why he isn't the manager instead. I didn't catch his name it was slightly covered by his apron. I believe his name was Diego but regardless very professional and helpful employee. The only plus this store had. Then in the meat department the lines were huge they weren't using the number calling method just grabbing customers as they saw clearly they need more organization! Then in the grocery department this employee named Christian was not helpful at all he was standing in his phone texting when I asked him for help he said if it's not in the shelf they don't have anymore. Then when it was time to pay the lines were enormous just 3 registers open when I asked to speak with the manager all they did was voice for this Juan which never arrived they said he was busy but when I looked the front end supervisor was going to him, he was standing talking and clearly avoiding contact with the upset customers! If you can't attend your customers then clearly you shouldn't be a store director! I really hope someone in their corporate office is seeing the reviews because your stores clearly need new store directors and department managers!!    Read moreIâve gave it two stars only cause Iâve never had a bad experience at the store when I go shopping there,besides that it took weeks to get an item that I was supposed to get with a rain check. But the worst it always been that nobody ever answer the phone there at that #9 store in Rialto,when calling to make an order or ask about item availability. Specially the kitchen(when get transferred to it,they put me on hold & hang up on me after waiting for a while). And the kitchen also has problems for years about the way they deal with customers(not concerned about helping & serving the customer,also on some days when is still early,way before they close,like 2-3 hours ahead before closing the kitchen,they say they donât have any more of âchickenâ for example,on those food on special days. I have called Corporate Office a few times & also other customers I know,but it seems like nothing is done about it. Also when u ask for help to the shelve stocking people,some of them act like it bothers them to help u & sometimes they just say thereâs no more of the item ur looking for without even trying to go check.
