Golden China Restaurant — Restaurant in Rialto

Oh my goodness, I love Chinese food so much.. But when I went to this particular Chinese restaurant, I ordered Mongolian beef and House fried rice…… Oh my holy moly…… I know House supposed to be cooked altogether. These people put pieces of chicken nuggets in the house rice the beef that was in the house. Rice was cooked separately. Why they do not cook the Chinese food like it’s supposed to be cooked altogether. They took some chicken out of another dish that was already cooked and put it in a pot heated it up and started up together. That’s not how you do things it was disgusting the Mongolian beef, six pieces of beef and nothing but onions this was a horrible experience….. I am so sorry, but that was not authentic. Recently my friend went here and while the food and place is great the people were rude to my sister. As they had a deal of giving her a free box of rice I’d she ordered 2 (which she did) but they took that free box of rice and when she asked for it. The woman acted like she didn’t understand her. Also when she asked for some sauce and different guy attended her. She asked what the difference was of the sauces he also said I didn’t understand her and just said we just have these two….. That’s surprising cause my family gone to this place several times and while it’s not my favorite place to go to. They love it and the employees are always nice but I guess times have changed that’s a shame. Good food but I guess service is...

Met my wife here for lunch since it was close by. On the plus side the portions were very generous with the lunch special. The pork buns were cold on the inside and once they steamed them a little more they were much better. The BBQ pork was pretty good. The orange chicken was thin and not appetizing. We barely ate the fried rice. The egg drop soup was good. This place used to be way better not sure...
