Update: changing review to 4 stars because I called the manager the next day and he was very understanding and apologetic for the bad service I received and offered a good resolution.

Very rude customer service. Menu states that breakfast country biscuits comes with toast hash browns, jelly, and toast. Got home, no toast, called in and told them I didn't get toast. Employee on the phone told me it doesn't come with it, I told her it said it was included on the menu, that's fine, but I told her if I had known I wouldn't have ordered it and it should be stated on the menu that it doesn't come with it. She told me that should be common sense because it's bread, so bread and bread shouldn't be given together...? I told her no, that's not common sense, I still expected it to come with the toast since it stated that it came with it on the menu, I told her that she was being very rude to tell a customer that. She just repeated that it doesn't come with it, did not apologize. Imagine being in customer service and telling a customer they don't have common sense for reading the menu...

Update : from 5 to 2 stars , CHECK YOUR BURGERS AT THE WINDOW BEFORE YOU LEAVE !! this use to be one of my favorite burger joints , it has gone way way down hill , how are you going to forget the BACON on 3 BACON cheese burgers , on all 3!! The whole reason why my wife wanted to go here was for the BACON and this isn’t the first time either, this exact issue has happened 4 times with today , had to drive back today 10 minutes to get our order corrected, ruined our family movie/dinner , now we have watered down drinks and cold fries, I don’t know if the issue is their broken speaker or staff not paying attention , they are very dismissive at the window as well.

Initial review 4 years ago The burgers here are the best burgers in Fontana/Rialto in my families and my opinion, we always get our food to go and the usually serve them in boxes, that is the best way to carry out burgers so that they do not get smashed and soggy. Friendly staff. Just wish they would get a better drive-thru system, always very hard to communicate too...

I usually love their burgers, and usually they are pretty good. They have added a Menudo to their spot and as much as I love menudo I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you CHECK FOR HAIR! I tried to ignore one, it happens sometimes.. but the they kept coming. One after another.. as if the guy or woman had just cut their hair.. a huge eyelash or eyebrow. Ugh.. it was so tasty I didn't realize it soon enough.. but definitely glad I didn't keep eating. I got my money back with no complaints. But they didn't look like they were ready to throw the whole thing out.. that's alarming. For some reason the lady at the counter look upset at me.. as if they were just 1 or 2 hairs there was a lot more and I should be upset... and I wasn't .. I was just very disappointed. WHATEVER YOU DO.. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU...
