RACIAL BIAS AND DISCRIMINATION
unfortunately, I would like to express my frustration over the issues of racial bias .. this is concluded because non african americans were allowed to shop while we were denied any help.
I WAS DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A HIGHER COSTING ITEM. DUE TO THE FACTS I CAME 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING.
The manager at harbor freight Rialto, California on baseline, was very rude, aggressive DENYING me access to even enter the store without her yelling fshe is not accepting returns 15 minutes before her closing. Because it's take too much of her time and she's not allowed over time. Mind you I had to buy other items as well.. but this Manger stopped me at the door yelling before I can explain my other option.
BUT SHE ALLOWED two NONE AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS TO ENTER THE STORE AFTER ME. , to MAKE purchases
AND PLEASE NOTE THE SHOPPERS REMINDED iN THE STORE AFTER 8PM THE MANGER LOCKED THEM IN so they can continue TO SHOP.! ONCE AGAIN NON AFRICAN AMERICANS SHOPPERS.. store closed. Came after me..it's all on camera!!!
Note:I'D LIKE TO SHOP WITHIN COMMUNITIES THAT HAVE LOWER ECONOMIC VALUES IN ORDER TO TRY TO HELP KEEP THE STORES OPEN. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GO TO A HIGHER ECONOMIC LOCATION TO MAKE MY 1600 DOLLAR PURCHASE FOR MY generator..
HARBOR FREIGHT RIALTO, SHAME ON YOU. YOUR STORE PROBABLY WILL NOT REMAIN OPEN ANY LONGER IF YOU CONTINUE TO TURN AWAY PAYING CUSTOMERS .DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..
racism is at an high. Harbor freight.. Please try not to apart of the problem. But lets wrk together to be apart of the solution

I walk the entire store and couldn't find any other employees besides the cashier to go get me one from the back of the store... It was Ridiculous... Wait in the long line then decided to leave... Also to the cashier, if the line is long, please stop trying to push other products on the current guy at your station and just move it along...
