I have been going to this michoacana for a while now. I live like 15 min away from this place and i didnt care about the drive because i had good service until yesterday. The line wasnt that long when i got there but still it took the employees a long to get me out. (There were 4 girls working) The girl that helped me (nayeli) was talking and having a good laugh with one of the other girls while i was there been ignore. When she asked for my order i said i wanted a horchata and a mangonada. After she gave me the mangonada she didnt offer anything else and walk to the register.. (i wanted frezas con crema) i was to annoyed to even ask her for them. After she rung me up she almos throw my recipt to me. She didnt expressed gratitude. She didnt say thank your. Read moreI ordered a Binico on Sunday September 8th @2:010 , I am allergic to melon and asked if I can substitute the melon with mango instead and she said it would be extra ($1.25) which I did not mind but still never heard of it being extra to substitute for a different fruit , then she added the total in and added a inconvenience fee of a $1 ?? Which I thought was crazy before what inconvenience was it to substitute a different fruit because I’m allergic! Read moredon’t use apple pay here !!! i used apple pay and it said approved but the lady told me to swipe my card instead. i was charged twice and the manager told me that on his end it was declined but that if the charge was still on my account after 24hrs to come back and he’d refund me for the extra charge. when i returned he was rude saying he couldn’t do anything about it and insisting that he doesn’t “need my money” yet refused to refund me when i had all proof of my money being took twice. Ended up just telling he couldn’t do anything and to call my bank. bank told me he was lying about it being declined and that it was confirmed twice !!! so rude and makes me not wanna pay for anything there...
