Sam’s Dollar plus mini mart — Local services in Rialto

Horrible experience. Cashier rang up two $1.99 items for almost six dollars. I asked to explain the price as I put my $5 dollars on the counter, ready to pay the price, he picked up my money. Cashier accused me of switching prices and peeled off the item price as to find evidence of what he said was true. Mean while an assistant in store went on the isle to price check. I asked the cashier for my money back, he wouldnt. I made him know I did not want to buy the merchandise. Cashier threw a punch at me to keep my hands from reaching his hand for my money, there was no conatact. Cashier would not give me my money so I grabbed some lighters from the counter and threatened that I'm walking out with the lighters and not my money. Cashier finaly gave me the money. It's a shame to have such neighbors and horrible customer service. No, I will not buy from them again,...

Omg...lol the store owner and sons are so funny and nice. It is great to have small businesses in the community that care and go the extra mile to acknowledge your existence. They are a carbon copy of the same great service and attention to detail as their parent store on Highland & Golden in San Bernardino Todo discount. I'm a big supporter of small business and this small family owned store, has to be one of my favorites! I'm greeted everytime and helped when asked. They have almost everything you need! If they don't, they will make sure to have it next time. It is also very clean and organized. The best part, NO LONG LINES! Thank you Sam & Z for making this place...
