At the end of January 2019, I was living in a camper with no running water. We had blankets on the floor and a mattress over the biggest section of the wall. My boyfriend, our two dogs, and myself. We had to go to the bathroom outside with our dogs. We had to shower in an unheated room. The coldest days in the camper were over forty below zero. We were active alcoholics. Drinking was what I did best. I was selfish, I was blind, I was judgemental, I was massively depressed, overly anxious, very overweight, and suicidal, and I never took responsibility for any of my actions. Living in that camper was my choice. I wasn't forced to do it. At the beginning of April 2019, I experienced the second worst day of my life. At the time, it was the worst day of my life. It was a day of constant drinking and bar hopping. Everything that I owned was thrown outside, dirty, and or broken. Somebody had hurt me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My life was threatened and I was sure I was going to die. Part of me didn't care, part of me was terrified. Somehow, someone knew I needed them at that moment and showed up just in time, otherwise, I'm not sure I would be here right now. This was the last night that I ever drank. This was hard to get over, and it was hard to forgive the person who did it. There were a lot of hard things I had to work through to get over this experience. The thing that helped me to work through this, was Reiki and this is no lie. Reiki, and a lot of inner work and self-love. I held on to this trauma for two years trying everything to let it go but I couldn't. Tammy is very talented, and she knew I had been in a hard situation. She could feel my sadness and all the hell I had been through. Although this gift is not what Reiki energy is, it is an added bonus that some practitioners have and she literally changed my life and inspired me to want to do the same for you. She helped me forgive, not only the person who did it but to forgive myself for putting myself and others in such a terrible situation. She helped me see my worth. My boyfriend and I are sober, we own our home, we both have jobs, and I started my own Reiki business to help others within a year of my family and I losing my youngest brother, the worst day of my life, he was the glue that held us all together. Reiki helped me grieve, and work through such a loss that can never ever be compared with anything in the world. I wish I could give Enliven over 5 stars because they deserve it!! I’ve gone to every spa in the Eau claire area as I was trying to find the “perfect spa for me”. I always felt like a number. I felt like the spas just wanted my money & didn’t truly care about my skin goals or needs. I made the jump and drove to the Rice Lake location & I am so happy I did! The staff there is so welcoming & friendly! Tammy is beyond amazing. She truly listens to me & takes everything I say into consideration. Everything is so personable & customized! They have amazing deals & have hands down the best prices around for such quality treatments & products. I also had my first injections yesterday with Theresa after I had the red carpet facial & I am beyond impressed with both of my results! My skin is so smooth and looks so alive & my lips are PERFECT! Theresa is so knowledgeable & really helped point me in the right direction for my goal. She is extremely professional, explains everything step by step & makes you feel very comfortable. I used the Wellness Package that included the infrared sauna, 4D massage chair, wellness cocoon pod and ionic foot detox. I've had massages in the past and they have felt good, but this package I enjoyed so much more than the massage. I highly recommend this as a gift to someone important in your life. I'm already looking forward to when I can go again. The pod was my favorite, but the massage chair was amazing. The ionic foot detox is an eye opener to what was in my system. I'm over the moon with my experience.

Dec 2023 I had a salt facial. In chatting with Tammy, she worked me in for a hydration infusion as I was diagnosed the day before as being dehydrated.
