Took two computers here that got fried and at first everything was fine they ordered new motherboards and was going to cost about $500 to get them back up and running. Next one of the boards arrived "faulty" this presented the opportunity to sell me a new board and processor since mine was older and hard to get. Said it would cost a "little more" than planned with the trade in of my old processor. Time was a factor so I agreed. Turns out a "little more" is double the price. I get the towers home and hook up the older tower and it runs alright. The biggest problem comes today as I had not hooked up the second tower until today, as I didn't have a screen for it yet. Turns out the second tower did not have everything hooked back up. Secondary drive was not hooked up, neither was the front case fans or the fan controller. For a grand total of nearly $950 counting the price they gave me for my processor, the least you think they could do would be to hook everything back up as it was when they got it. After many years of use my wife's iPhone 6 died without any notice. The screen went black and while we knew it was fully charged we couldn't get it to do a thing. I went in to the shop for some help that ended up taking two and a half hours of his time, and he took care of all the technological stuff with a smile, even though it took up his whole afternoon.
