I'm just gonna let all the guys out there, that may be older bass heads that at one knew your stuff. These dudes here can help you climb back into what you love. I can't believe how far things have come in car audio. I'm blown away at their knowledge there. I went in for a clip and left with all kinds of stuff I didn't know I wanted or needed for these new car installations. I went in today to get an autostart added to my jeep. The process was super easy. When everything was said and done Chris explained how the device worked, and how to add the phone app for my autostart. After I got home I was having issues with the app. I called down and the person who answered, sorry I forget who answered, helped me figure out it was just me being impatient and needed to let the app and device sync. Horrible customer service. I paid for my Bit ten D in full. Two weeks later they still had not even placed the order. All I got was excuses for the next 6 more weeks. I asked Travis in person where it was and he tried to ignore me and still didn't even have a tracking number. 8 weeks to get something I could have had from Amazon in 2 days is too high of a price to pay just to support local business. I ended with canceling my order. I will NEVER work with them again. I just wish they had a half star rating. They sure don't deserve the 1 star they just...
