My family and I rented a venue for a 100-person event and we were not informed that the air conditioning was broken on a 95°+ the day of our event. I only found out after the elderly in our party started feeling ill and a worker "mentioned" the air was completely out. The room was unbearably hot, people were sweating through their clothes and hair. We had guests leave! They had small fans and a portable unit that didn’t help, and it ruined the atmosphere of the event. I was never offered another option to move the event or even told prior. I requested compensation afterward for our troubles but the business ignored most of my multiple emails and phone calls. My event was over a month ago; they've sent only one email response offering pennies when we paid for their Lux package in full. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a hospitality business. I was pleasingly happy with my whole Opulence Gallery experience. From the day I saw the facility until we walked out the door after our party they served us with excellence. Every email and phone call was timely. They responded to our questions in a timely fashion.

The facility was so elegant the day of the party. All of our guests were so happy to be that party.

The staff was more than cordial, they were exceptional. They made sure every detail was taken care of and I appreciated their help.

Excellent location for a gathering of 100 or fewer. Plenty of free and close parking. I talked to the owner, they provide several catering packages or you can provide your own food. They offer a very reasonably priced open bar add on. They will help you develop a floor plan, interior is modern and pleasant. 2 bathrooms inside, rear entry for food delivery and area for food prep. When your guest enter there is a foyer for a sign in or initial reception. One final note they had a very professional and we'll trained staff. I would highly recommend...
