We were extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Andrew came to look at our set up and discussed exactly what we were looking for. He offered us 3 different options in terms of price so that we had the opportunity to choose something that would fit our budget. He thoroughly explained each option and the differences in what we would be getting. Once we chose which option we wanted, Andrew and another employee came to set up the system. They spent a lot of time making sure that everything was installed and set up correctly. They cut holes in the ceiling in 2 places to install speakers and did a nice job of cleaning up any mess and putting all of the furniture back. They bundled all of the wires so that it looked neat behind the TV, they were willing to label each part of our old system and make a diagram of how to rehook it up so that we could give the old system to our son to use, and they made sure that we totally understood and were comfortable with how to use the new system's remote control. We found Andrew to be very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure we were totally satisfied with our new surround sound system. I am not the type to take the time to write a review because if you are in the service industry, it is your job to deliver high level service. Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards. Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it. I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was. Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems. In addition, Andrew and his team were able to tailor my needs to make sure that I could get the most bang for my buck. I had been referred to Unique Video and Sound by a friend who had a positive experience with the smart home technology they had installed in their new home. My wife and I were doing a major renovation to our home and we decided to try Unique for the new electronics we were planning to include on the job. Andrew and Ryan were great to work with during the whole process. Andrew did a great job assessing our needs and identifying what would work best in our home.
