Update : I couldn't connect USB to Android auto, I tried everything. Called Ben numerous times, finally drove to the store. It was as Ben stated, I had the wrong USB cable. He had one, my cell connected instantly. He's a very patient guy!

I called on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Ben. Went over my wish list for a new touch screen radio for Hummer H3. Ben was very patient and gave me a few models to google along with prices and install fees. After hanging up, I narrowed the choices to two. I called back about 1230 PM and Ben helped me make a decision and answered more questions. I was quoted a price then Ben said I could come in at 1 PM. It is a Very nice store, a lot on display! My radio, among others, was displayed and I was able to see it work before install. There is a waiting area with a keurig and bar stool table and chairs, very comfortable. The install was about 2 hours which I knew. The work was just amazing! I didn’t even know anyone had touched the interior, Rick and Ben are meticulous. The radio is just what I wanted... This was the most hassle-free experience. New touch screens are an expensive item and I’m glad I found a store that took the time to help me personally. I wish I had known about Clear Vibrations when I had my rear back up mirror/camera installed somewhere else. I called as I had a spinal injury and was now disabled, preventing me from installing a stereo I had purchased from Crutchfield and was looking for a local business to help me out and install it. I explained I had paid extra for all the adapters, wires, installation guides and instructions, and even the trim and radio removal tools. They quoted 10 hours at $135 or $1350 for installation!!! unless I could come to the shop with all the boxes and parts first, that was the only quote they would provide. They didn’t even ask if I could carry the parts or drive in without making arrangements for assistance first. I told them I would not feel comfortable even considering them with an obvious overcharging and lack of effort on their part, and to have the manager or owner call me to discuss after confirming that was their quote, period. They never offered a manager or owner phone number , or asked me if I could email them pictures of the gear and instructions , which I had already prepared to show them all the details. They did not offer anything and obviously are arrogant, lazy, and don’t want to deal with a handicapped person. I will go somewhere else while I see if the owner or manager reaches out, as I provided my email and phone number, updates to follow! I was referred by someone else to check out Clear Vibrations. Since mid-December, I've been trying to connect with this place and get my car over, but hours haven't been convenient during my workday as I've had some major medical issues including a recent surgery that I've had to attend to.

I left a message once on voicemail and Ben reached out to me via a text message and I found out they had a place in the QMart which suited my hours better to be able to review what I wanted, see the products and work with what was in or out due to the supply chain issues.

Ben and his crew were helpful once I got the car over to their installation facility (via friends as I was unable to drive) and did a fantabulous job putting my new system in. I just got an audio system installed...radio w/Bluetooth, GPS, music, pairs with my phone, etc. Also a remote start for my 'new-to-me' car. I am beyond happy and very satisfied with the work.
