I can't believe how horrible the Fred Meyer jewellers are out here in Tri-Cities. I'm absolutely appalled at the behaviors displayed in both the Kennewick and Richland locations. We have 1 ring from them and will definitely not be buying wedding rings from them. My diamond piece broke in less then 1 year, and I showed up at 9:10 a.m. to have it addressed. They were still closed at 930 when I checked back. Apparently they decided to open an hour late and it was too bad so sad for anyone who showed up. They would not address me or help me till they're "meeting" was over and left me standing there waiting for over 30 minutes. When other Fred Meyer employees tried assisting me and asking when someone would be available. They ignored them too. My boyfriend has used Fred Meyer in the past and wanted to continue. But we're switching to Kays. Customer service...
   Read moreNot ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they don't generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didn't carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please."    Read moreI am overjoyed that the sales person was able to help me to replace the ring I had purchased a month prior, whose stone had fallen out. I was very disappointed, however, by the treatment by management who tried to insist I buy a lifetime warrantee, tried to scare me out of pursuing the replacement offered by FM Jewelers regarding stone replacement, and generally turned what could have been a very positive experience into a frustrating one. I ended up having he ring replaced, but not in the size I purchased in. I am happy enough with the result, but do not feel comfortable purchasing items here...
