Del Taco — Restaurant in Richland

I recently had the privilege of visiting Del Taco, where I experienced a level of customer service that far surpassed any of my previous encounters. The star of this occasion was an employee named Cameron. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant, Cameron welcomed us with a charismatic demeanor that instantly lifted our spirits.

Cameron displayed the epitome of professionalism throughout our interaction. His attention to detail was impressive, ensuring our order was not only accurate, but promptly received and fulfilled. This promptness in service is one we've come to appreciate in our busy world, and Cameron managed to deliver it without a hitch.

What struck us most was his knack for making thoughtful suggestions to enhance our orders. His extensive knowledge of the menu and consideration of our preferences greatly enriched our dining experience. It's rare to encounter someone who, in the space of a meal, can display such genuine care for his customers.

I strongly believe that it is employees like Cameron that define a brand's reputation. His exemplary service wasn't just about fulfilling a job role, it was about creating an unforgettable experience for his customers.

Because of Cameron's outstanding service, I am now more than willing to recommend Del Taco to my friends and family. First time trying Del Taco. Saw Nick Avocado do two back to back mukbangs and both times everything he got looked so good even though I am not a taco kind of person, so decided to give them a try since I know for a fact Taco Bell is out for me, they are yuck. I ordered the Del Taco, Crunchtada Tostada, a habanero chicken soft shell taco and the 3pc chicken strips w/fries. Having my own little personal mukbang. What I can say for sure is I accept that I do not like tacos. I keep thinking I haven't found the right place where really good tacos are made, I try to follow the crowd when I hear them rave about awesome tacos only to leave disappointed, but now I'm just certain I don't like them. Here at this place the cheese was funky. Tasted too artificial. The Del Taco is a step above Taco Bell, but really almost any taco joint is. I did like the crunchtada tostada and if I do ever return to this place that's what I'll get again. The chicken habanero soft shell was alright. Better than the hardshell beef taco but not something to be excited about and same goes for the chicken strips. The fries would've probably been tasty enough if I'd been able to eat all 10 (yes, stingy on the ff) of them hot, but by the time I got home they were cold of course. And I asked for hot sauce and got home to find ZERO. Hot sauce should be a given whether asked for or not. Seriously. Lastly. Service was very, very slow. Long line because of this. Over all, not a fan and most likely will not return...

Went to Del Taco tonight and got two tacos and was very, very impressed with both the tacos AND the young man working the drive thru. The tacos were sensational; loaded with awesome beef and overflowing cheese and crispy, cold perfect tomato cubes. Two tacos and I was good. I’m 6’4 245 pounds so I usually have to eat 5 or 6 from Taco Bell. These tacos from Del Taco were different. They were like “real” tacos. Additionally; the young man working the drive thru was exceptional in his customer service and his knowledge of the food. He even gave me a detailed description of the hot sauce!! This gives me hope. In a world upside down and backwards, to see a young person learning the ways of the world thru a job, makes me happy. This kid has a bright future ahead of him. I did not catch his name; but he had red short hair and was wearing a stocking hat. He was a very kind and respectful young man. Well done Del Taco, I will be back for sure.

And that’s how you run a business. Good help. Good food. Good prices. BOOM : success (hopefully……for them)..go eat at Del Taco, help them out. They are putting a very good product out. Trust me. I was in the food industry for 30 years. They are an upgrade from Taco Bell.
