I went on Jan 10 at this location, biggest mistake ever. I believe the verizon tech was Curran Stolk, i asked if he could help me check if I was able to pay off my phone and save a little on each bill. I thought he was able to check and knew what he was doing. He did not once notify me that I'll loose my promotion and that it was going to cost me over $3000 for 4 lines and he didn't explain to me or even let me know that it's nonrefundable or stating in details about the contract that I'm signing. He didn't even once tried to communicate with me he just straight to the point like ok lady you want to pay off your phone ok let's do this and he didn't even care about the rest. If I knew that I'll loose my promotion that it had cost over 3000 I would not pay it bc I can't afford it. If he had told me my total was that much I definitely would not pay that at all I came in trying to lower my bill before my surgery and I'm not try to add more stress. I understand that it's completely my fault bc I trusted this verizon rep but ive always go into verizon and whoever helps me would always remind me and inform me that its not time so pay it off or they would advice you to wait because it not worth and etc. I've been with verizon for over 10 years and something like had never happened before. I kept questioning him when I made the payment and until I got to the 5th line I found out that yes ill loose my promotion and even the phones that i had traded in he said he's not sure what my promotion is bc it's not at his store but i talked to any verizon rep they said once they pull up my account they're able to see it. So I just don't get it. Curran is not acknowledgable and he doesn't care at all.(atleast for me). This situtaion had caused me so much stress and I've been an emotion wreck. I trusted him I really thought it was 799 to pay off all my phones when I first enter my card info on the first doc it shows the price and the next 3 were blanks it does not show the price at all . Maybe we both misunderstood each I'm not sure I asked him to stop the payment when I found out that I longer have my promotion and that i had bought out my phones so if hadn't ask him questions I wouldn't know and I'll keep entering my card information for alll my lines I have a total of atleast 8 lines so imagine if I hadn't stop him in time. thatll be 799 x 8 that's ridiculous I paid 4 lines for 3000 he wasn't able to stop the payment except 1 or it would of been 5 . I'm over here crying everyday because of my dumb mistake I should have left I had this feeling that he didn't want to help me he never once ask me hows your day and etc I've been a loyal customer to verizon and just because the I bought out my phone no one is willing to help me I tried to stop the payment right when I found out but he said I can't cancel it I understand I signed a contract but I did not knew that it's nonrefundable or anything I didn't even once inform or try to communicate with me or let his customer know what's shes getting her self into . I called 1800 number almost every day and weekbut no could do anything bc it's my fault that I bought out the phone. I'm so tired of everything at this point and I just don't get it or do I...
Read moreMy Husband and I were looking to update our plan and save some money after being with AT&T for 30 years. We went into the Richland location and talked with Jared who was very pleasant. We explained our situation about wanting to save some money and he told us we could both get new phones for free with trading in our old phones, and paying the sales tax. He said we would be paying $140.00 a month plus taxes so we agreed to change to Verizon. I had an older iPhone and was never told I would be charged a $268.00 fee to return this phone and that the fee would be refunded once returned. That would’ve been okay except that money has never been refunded. The next problem is our bill has been over $195.00 a months since we got the phones. I have contacted Jared 4 times, twice by phone, once by email and once by going in and have been assured for the last 5 1/2 months that my next month would show the refunds and or credits. My last call I was told I’d receive a phone call back when everything was fixed that same day and that has been almost 3 weeks ago. I’m not sure where my old cell phone ended up but it is not my problem since they took possession of my old phone and should’ve warned me I’d be charged to return it. As of now I am owed over $500.00 that I have been over charged with no resolution in sight. All Jared tells me is wait until next month and you’ll see your credits. This is ridiculous that nothing has been resolved and I’m not the type of person to go into a business and throw a fit, but I’m really close to doing that. Had I known we would be lied to and not taken care of once the issue was made aware to them we never would’ve changed from AT&T because at least they charged us what we agreed to. Worst customer service ever. I want my situation resolved and I want someone from corporate to get involved. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Well, I have reached out to your manager you said to contact and still nothing. I figured you’d be right on top of it since it’s a Friday and almost 3 hours since my email and…..nothing! Just like all the other times I’ve reached out. How difficult is it to get someone to return my calls,...
Read moreI staggered into this place unsure of myself and my place in this world. I came in to buy a JBL Flip, but I left with not only that but a much better service plan, a 700 dollar trade-in for my wife, a JBL Clip, and a much brighter outlook on life itself, not to mention Cellular Plus, Verizon, and a man known only as "Ryan N". Sometimes you hear the argument that if you have Superman, then what do you need Batman and the rest of them for? Well, I am sure people say that about Ryan. If he is in the store then why do you need to schedule anyone else that day? I would say for comedy relief, moral support, and just to make it a more well rounded cast of characters. The show just flows better. Ryan made this visit easy, fast, and kept running into ways to save me money. At one point I was in there almost half an hour simply because I could not afford to leave, I was saving too much money. It was like being on a roll at the blackjack table. What an experience, and what a Verizon store! These Cellular Plus guys sure know what...
