Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Richland

Please allow me to preface my review by saying that, when I give Round Table Pizza five stars, what I'm saying is, when compared to other chain pizza restaurants in the Tri-Cities (yeah, I'm looking at you, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc.), Round Table Pizza gets five stars. What I'm specifically excluding are local one-off restaurants like Brick House Pizza (West Richland) and Hubby's Pizza (Kennewick). They are in their own higher tier. Now then...

Over the many years I've been getting Round Table pizza from this restaurant, I've only ever gotten carry-out or delivery, so I can't talk about lunch specials, the salad bar, the eat-in dining experience, or the ambiance. But I can talk about the pizza. When considering chain restaurant pizza joints, Round Table can not be beat. It's outstanding! My favorites are the King Arthur's Supreme and Montague's All-Meat Marvel. Each is better than the other. If Round Table has any competition at all, it's Shakey's on Road 68 in Pasco. Personally, I slightly prefer Shakey's, if truth be told, but, for me anyway, they are much further away, leaving Round Table Pizza the clear winner for South Richland and West Kennewick.

Let me conclude by saying that Round Table Pizza is not the cheapest game in town by any stretch. But quality costs, and the added price is...

TL;DR: We are switching to this Round Table Pizza from another well known pizza franchise (that we had been customers of for several years) because this place has far better customer service and way better flavor. Very satisfied customers!

We have been regular customers at a different pizza franchise for a while, but that other franchise had been letting us down a lot and their quality had really slipped during the last couple years. So we looked around and decided to try Round Table Pizza. We ordered online about 30 minutes before they closed but had not gotten any confirmation, so we called to check. They had not gotten our order, so I rechecked and apparently I had incorrectly entered part of my credit card information. Entirely my fault. I corrected it and they were very patient on the phone while we got it sorted out and then they let us know they got the order while we were still on the phone. We drove there to pick up the pizza (that was the option we had selected) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and very nice, even though it was almost time to close. We held a retirement party Noting over 25 people in attendance. There is an Auxiliary room that the gathering was held in. We were allowed to decorate, bring in balloons and open gifts. The Manager / Shift lead Teleri B. (If she isn't she should be) was Prompt, professional, courteous, and represented her self and her company well. (In these days thats a thing) Our pizzas were Timely, well done and well topped. The Salad Bar was well stocked. The Appearance of the salad bar selections looked Fresh and maintained. It was clear the Staff was under good direction by Ms.Teleri. I noted, she was on top of it. She and her team were focused ie, flatware, cups, cleaning and cooking, even going the extra mile to check the soda machine! Servers will check on party members to make sure needs are met and orders are to standard. If they were short staffed it would have been hard to tell. The establishment is wheelchair accessible and accommodations could easily be made for handicapped dining. As costs increase, id recommended this affordable venue for Birthdays, gatherings, reunions etc. I've left pricing out because it's unclear what your visit might...
