The store Client Engagement Manager named Vic was the rudest person I have ever met. First, he wanted to tell me I did not buy my laptops at the store, and then since I did not purchase them from his store, I would have to go back to where I got them. I physically showed him all the receipts sent to me online that I printed offline, and he told me they were no good. Then I showed him the duplicate receipts emailed to me in my email on my phone, and he told me they were no good. He kept repeatedly saying that they were no good and there was nothing I could do and I had to go back to the store where I bought them. I stood there, ready to cry because he acted as if I stole the laptops. He just left me standing there, repeatedly stating that there was nothing he could do. I was persistent and told him I wanted to return them because I was supposed to get them on Wednesday, and I didn't, and I purchased them in the store, not online. Then arrogantly, he told me, "You ordered them online, and there was nothing I can do," Once again, I stood my ground and told him I had purchased them in the store. I even tried to hand him the receipt. He motioned his hand in a push-away manner, telling me to get away because he was busy, and said I do not need those while I was trying to show him the email on my phone. The paper I had was the same, which stated "Your Office Depot Receipt," but once again, he told me they were not the correct receipts. Then when I asked him to give me credit for some empty cartridges, he scowled at me and refused to provide me with a receipt showing he added to my rewards account until I was persistent about him giving me one. He is a poor excuse for a manager, and he does not ever have to worry about me returning to this store again. I love the Chippewa Store a lot better.I went to this store because it was closer and the Chippewa store had already closed this evening.
On another occasion a young man who saw me get my sanitizer out of my purse questioned me and tried to charge me along with my purchase. This store and it's employees and manager have some serious issues.
The Chippewa store is excellent! Brian and Nate along with other employees treat their customers with dignity and respect and are always friendly and helpful.

Read moreCame in yesterday around 2:45pm, to print some documents. The young girl with long strawberry blonde hair at the print counter was EXTREMELY dismissive and unprofessional to me during my entire visit. I initially used self service printing, as I’ve done it before on my own with no problems. I had a couple of questions about sending more than one job to the printer, and wasn’t sure if it would process on my card as more than one transaction. Her demeanor was very rude. At one point, I went over to the counter. She was in the middle of a conversation with a male employee at the other end of the counter, about personal things not relating to work. But I respectfully stood there and waited to be acknowledged, hoping they would end their conversation. I was to her right, not behind her, so she definitely saw me. The male employee was facing me, and saw me as well. After about sixty seconds of waiting, I politely said “excuse me”, then waited for her to cross the area over to me. But while still leaned over on the counter with her forearms, she only turned her head towards me and said, “yeah”. That was the icing on the cake for me. I asked for a paper bag for my print job and she handed it to me and rudely said, “there you go”. Upon exiting I approached a man who had a sales manager title on his name tag. Asked if he was the store manager, he said he’s a department manager. Told him the story and by his facial expression, he seemed appalled himself. I insisted he review the cameras so he could see exactly how rude her behavior was. He apologized on her behalf, then assured me he’d tell the GM. With the economy the way it is, and with hundreds of thousands of people unemployed right now, even those with masters degrees, etc. It saddens me to see anyone, any age, be so unappreciative of the employment they have. I won’t return to this location, and would love for someone to follow up with me about...
Read moreSo, I arrived at 144pm on 6.12.23 and greeted the person at the copy/office center. I informed her that I wanted to laminate, showed her what I hadto be laminated, and she looked at me, paused and said it's not going to be done right away. She said I have to finish my OPS or OBS. I aksed what that was and she said her orders. Ok, I said and asked for tape. She again paused and gave it to me. I would sat reluctantly but maybe she didn't want to move from the computer she was working on; I don't know. I took the tape moved over to a bigger space and started taping my stuff to laminated. At 211pm, I looked at all my pieces and then overheard 2 employees talking saying that it would be 30 minutes before the lamination machine was ready. I said there is no way that I am going to wait another 30 mins after I have been here since 146pm. The male employee said sorry. I said don't be sorry, do better. The female employee had what was either a smirk or uncomfortable grin on her face. So, if you want to waste time, experience horrible service and receive an insincere and lackluster apology, come here. If you want better customer service or any at all, find...
