I placed an order using my birthday reward (a free sandwich with any purchase) through the app today, and I was expecting two sandwiches (including the free one) for my order, but on the way home, we realized only the sandwich that we paid was in the bag. We went back to the store and tried to sort things out. It turned out that I didn't use the reward correctly, so it didn't get redeemed. I thought the reward description was very confusing, and I got very frustrated with the whole situation since I had to make another purchase in order to redeem the reward. However, the employee kept his cool, and while he was suggesting me to purchase something cheap like a cookie in order to get the free sandwich, a kind elderly gentleman handed me a piece of the pre-packaged cookies! They had a crammed up assembly line of 10 teens attempting to push out orders of Bagels and still were not efficient.I had an order pick up and I waited a few min and then i attempted to ask the GM Jim (that is who he told me he was) and he was very dismissive for someone Baking bagels. I asked him could you give me an estimate of when my order would be coming up he stated he couldn't. How is it a GM not aware of order process management 🤔. Read moreThe young man who took our order did so with a mouth full of food. He didn't greet us and could barely be understood when he spoke. When our order was ready, it was handed to another guest by the same man who took our order. The guest then left the building before realizing the mistake. Our order was then handed to us without being remade. When we got home, it was discovered that our order was not made correctly. When trying to call the location for a remedy, no one picks up the phone, and there is no voicemail. We will not go back and do not recommend this location. This was at 9:30 AM on February 1, 2025. You can see why this location does not offer dine-in. They are so ill equipped that they can't even accommodate a carry-out business.
