Absolutely will NOT be returning to this location EVER again. First, the two black women working the lunch hour on February 1, 2024 were EXCEPTIONALLY rude to myself and my boss. My boss explained to one employee that he had never been to Qdoba before, and was unsure of the menu options/ordering. The woman preparing the food put him down multiple times and told him, "I ain't puttin' nothin' mo' on yo' bowl...you playin' too much." Very rude and unprofessional. Also, I told her brown rice, she gave me white rice. Now, for the woman running the cash register. She never once asked if we'd like a beverage. I had to purchase a beverage separately from my meal. Then she tried to make me pay for my boss' beverage, and got rude when I explained he was purchasing his own beverage. Next, I asked her for the receipts(remember, I had to purchase my beverage separately) and she said, "I ain't got 'em. I threw 'em in the trash already." I politely asked if she could print me the receipts when she had time, as I wanted my Qdoba rewards, but I'd left my phone in my vehicle. About 10 minutes later I was called to the register to get the receipts, at which time I was told that I didn't pay for the steak portion of my burrito(obviously they were being petty because of my request for the receipts I was entitled to in the first place). The cashier and woman preparing the food proceeded to bully me into paying for a side of steak, and told me that I wouldn't receive my receipts until I paid for the side of steak. I paid for the steak side(1-Why is it my fault that the employees didn't communicate what my order consisted of at point of purchase? 2-Now I'm at three separate transactions for one meal.). Read moreThoroughly disappointed. I work late shifts and often rely on the nearby takeout spots such as Qdoba if I need a quick meal to end my very long day. Today will mark the last time I attempt to rely on this location.
I walked in at 9:50 which is ten minutes to close-I understand this is a server’s nightmare but my shift ends when it ends–for a quick takeout bowl. The door was unlocked so I walked in only to be told very brusquely by one of the staff “we’re closed!” I didn’t know how to respond so I just turned around and left.
I work at a retail establishment and completely understand wanting to leave as soon as possible, especially when it’s slow and one feels like they’re at their job for no reason. However, I would be fired immediately should I decide not to honor our posted hours and close up early because that is simply not my call to make.
If this location had changed their hours and the employees simply forgot to lock the door as they were cleaning up I would understand, but the hours haven’t changed and I saw the employee who spoke to me near the door as I walked up to it, so I really can’t be sure what the excuse could have been.
I will not be returning to this location or possibly any Qdoba ever again as my previous visits were largely out of proximal convenience. Perhaps it would also be wise of them to remove their hours of operation from Google Maps since they...
Read moreThe food was far from fresh here. I do not recommend this Qdoba location. I would go down the road a little further and try a different location. We love qdoba but something was wrong with the food here. It was definitely not fresh. It tasted bitter and off. The chicken didn't taste right. I couldn't eat my food it was so bad. Another person spit out a piece of their chicken that tasted off. The taco was ground beef and tasted strange as well. The steak burrito had the same bitter taste. I don't know exactly what the problem was but the food wasn't good. In all the years we've been eating at Qdoba, this is the first time I've ever gotten bad food. Idk if stuff was spoiled or if someone put something bad in it but it was really awful. First time at this location too and the last because we won't be back. I've marked it in my Google maps not to come back to this one.
