My wedding ring came from "The Galleria of Jewelry" place with the guarantee that it "would always look brand new." I dutifully took it back for inspections / cleanings as stated in writing to keep up the warranty of "looking new." Their "cleanings" involved polishing that REMOVED gold; the detail I loved so much wore thinner over time to the point the setting was nothing like the original when put side-by-side with a new one. They continually sent me home w/ cracked diamonds in the pavé settings and, when repaired / replaced, the in-house craftsmanship looked exactly that - in house - and not "brand new." I do not recommend shopping anywhere like that; the extra price for any kind of "warranty" like that is, in my experience, an abject failure and waste in every possible way.

Gold Connection is so close to my home & I should have gone there in the first place. Using the diamonds from the original ring, Kerry at Gold Connection worked with me to design a completely custom, one-of-a-kind ring that is EXACTLY perfect and what I saw in my mind's eye. It is sculptural, architectural, elegant, unique, and imparts that hint of vintage without being cliché. It is absolutely stunning and I get compliments everywhere I go. Every six months I take it back for them to check the settings and it gets a nice once-over. I do not mind paying for the rhodium or a little upkeep from time to time. My ring looks stunning and perfect, always. As it should. And I love it; and when you go there, you will love yours just as much every single day, as you should.

I went to this store around 2016 the guy that helped me was a Hispanic man with glasses I gave him a lot of jewelry old jewelry to sell also had two big pieces of silver that I was dumb to at the time Mrs Lucille sent me there to sell my stuff he took my silver now i know was worth at least 15,000 the lady knew too I trusted them when I went in there and he completely robbed me it’s been about 8 years but I truly didn’t know what I had it just makes me sick to my stomach because when I came i was in need when I called him back when I found out mrs Lucille told me to go because she had just sold a silver necklace and got a check for 1,000 dollars I know he scammed me when I called him back he was rude and laughed at me and what’s sad is he only gave me 216 dollars may god rest his cheating soul because he is a scammer God will do unto according (since I can’t respond to your post yes I did come in there a check was written to me I cashed it at Rudy’s and yes everything I said happened happen but like I said god see fit and I’m sure you will find it keep looking and yes I know the store very well I don’t expect you to own up I’m just letting the people know I’m going to see if I can get a copy of the check and...

My daughter's Girl Scout troop did a tour here as part of their Juniors Jeweler Badge and had a fantastic experience! Kerry, one of the owners, arranged for their jeweler to show us everything from how to clean jewelry using the various machines they have, to how to test for different grades of gold (14K vs. 18K etc.) using acid tests, to how they use CAD 3D software to design custom pieces with customers and how those eventually get molded into jewelry, to what different shapes of loose diamonds there are (princess, oval, etc). The shop is beautiful and they have amazing custom pieces on display. Their jeweler has, if I recall correctly, somewhere around 25 years of experience and the pieces he and Kerry create are gorgeous. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and great with the girls. The girls had a wonderful experience and we were especially blown away by the shop's owner's generosity - as a gift to our troop, she let each Girl Scout pick out a sterling silver charm.
