Stopped in on to get a quote on subwoofer installation mid May. Everything was going great, paid a small deposit to order the parts. Was in communication consistently with scheduling. We had an appointment for 6/3 for install. Dropped it off that day after confirming, and was told I'd have my vehicle back later that day.

40 minutes later I get a call that due to staffing issues they need to reschedule and the soonest they could get me back in was 2 weeks later on 6/14.

I sent a text on Friday 6/7 to confirm we were still on for 6/14 and made plans to drop off the vehicle the night before. Got the green light that all is still sounding good. Fast forward to today, 6/13, the day before tomorrow's scheduled installation.

I called twice to no answer. Sent a text asking if we are still on for the installation tomorrow, and if I could drop off the vehicle this evening. Got a reply with another green light. Another 40 minutes later, I get a text that due to staffing issues they need to cancel again and the soonest they could possibly do the install is next Friday.

Not sure what's going on communication wise here, but for the time being I have to unfortunately recommend looking at other businesses who do installations. I don't mind having to wait and seldom do I leave bad reviews, but getting told we are on and they'll have everything ready by today, just to suddenly get pushed back weeks is absurd. They're nice folk, just don't recommend if you are looking for reliability. I feel like I got the run around, especially when the existing reviews...

a few months ago they rewired and changed the whole sound system on my 1995 Nissan 240sx S14 with ground zero products and with a planet audio head unit. the wire routing and appearance is Prestine and I have zero issues with the quality of the job. they have a solid workshop and good integrity. they are good people to talk to and have a great product line. it's one of those businesses where you can take your classic cars and not worry about it not being taken care of. they also did insulation in the back to insure sound quality. the owner is clearly passionate about what he does and is definitely a first choice around the area. I'll be going back soon enough to get the system they installed to it's full potential soon....
